Syracuse was known to be the site of a S.H.I.E.L.D. training facility. Joaquin Pennysworth rehabilitated there after suffering injuries fighting the Sons of the Serpent.[1]

Z possessed Ellis rampaged through Syracuse. The Mighty Avengers were able to stop him, but he avoided capture by destroying the complex they were fighting him, putting civilians in danger. The Avengers then worked with first responders to help the residents caught in the crossfire.[2]See Also
