History
A state in southern Mexico, known in this context as the location of a ranch allegedly owned by Dr. Alonzo Garcia, an associate of a major drug trafficker. Garcia boasted to the Punisher that the ranch housed a dozen of Mexico’s finest quarter horses, while forcing him to ride a mule during their encounter.[1]
