"Peter and Traci are an amazing duo! The houses go into pending very quickly so it's important to see the house as soon as you know you like it. The fact that they work together makes a huge difference in their availability to show homes. During my few months of finding "the" house, they were very patient and accommodating throughout the whole process. Their attention to detail is amazing as Traci pointed out things that I otherwise wouldn't have noticed.
