blood and vomit

HMMMMMMMM.
I`ve not been well recently.
nothing serious........ just run down by the shit that goes down.... but it all adds up and evey time I pass a hurdle my body goes fuck you little clanger and I have to take to my bed with shivers and sweats and it usually passes.
BUT.
I had a wake up call from my slumber.....(from seattle)
It was a loverly call in an unwell sort of way and I felt better for it..... for five minutes.
then I felt violently sick.....(nothing to do with the phone call)

and I was sudenly very violently sick

first it was watery and clear
then it went all sticky and dark red!!!!
then I started seeing stars
then I went back to bed
then I phoned my ex wife to tell her that I might not be able to have my kids this weekend
then she said have you seen a doctor
then I said no..... just stars
then I went to the doctor and he asked when was the last time I was in the tropics


what does it mean?
is he putting me down gently?
