1. Digital Products & Services

All datasets, annotations, and AI/ML training services provided by Macgence are considered digital products and are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the delivery has been made or access has been granted. We do not offer returns or exchanges for digital products.

2. Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Non-Delivery of the Product/Service: If you do not receive the product or service within the agreed delivery timeline and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
• Defective or Incomplete Data: If the delivered dataset does not match the specifications agreed upon in the contract (e.g., format, volume, or language) and our team cannot rectify the issue within a reasonable time frame.
• Duplicate Payment: In cases where duplicate payments are made in error.

If the case passes, a refund to the bank transfer or to the original method will take 7-14 working days

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Issues caused by the client’s technical environment (e.g., software incompatibility).
• Partial use of the dataset or service.
• Custom or specially tailored data projects already in progress or delivered.
