In 2020, five of us started MATCH Agency. Six years later, we've grown into something bigger than an agency — a network of partners we call the Match Network. Last year, we launched our new website. This year, we did something we'd never done before: we gathered in person for a group photo. Some of our team couldn't physically be there — but the magic of AI brought them into the frame anyway. What you see here are strategists, marketers, creatives, IT specialists (including the ones who prefer to stay in the shadows🐾), and the most talented graduates of our Match Summer School: junior marketers who already outperform some of the seniors on the market. All of us gathered around one thing: uncompromising respect for the work we love. Thank you to every one of you — for making each other better, every single day.

Big day for MATCH Agency 🖤 We officially signed a cooperation agreement with Biznesa augstskola Turība — one of Latvia's leading business universities. What we committed to: ≫ Guest lectures, workshops & masterclasses led by MATCH specialists ≫ Internship placements across the MATCH Network ≫ Mentorship within Turība University's mentor programmes ≫ Joint events, research and consultations And we didn't stop at signatures. On the same day, together with our friends and partner agency INNELS and its co-founder Mark Daniel Zalomajev, we ran a vibe-coding workshop with 40 international marketing students. While they used AI to turn their startup ideas into working prototypes, Mark and Anita Pokrovska ran their own experiment on the side — an Angel-Investor AI that analyzed each student's pitch transcript and decided whether it would invest or walk away. It's always a pleasure to see how much talent comes through Turība University — and every year reminds us why. This week our Project Manager, Daniils Uljanovs, travelled to Dubai together with our client to attend SiGMA World. For us, it was an opportunity to see the market from the inside and to understand how the ecosystem actually feels when you are physically present there, not just observing it through news, photos, or LinkedIn updates. We are truly grateful to GAMMAPLUS and personally to Arturs Zagurilo for giving us this opportunity. What stood out the most was the atmosphere of the exhibition. Compared to many other events, the crowd felt younger, more open, and surprisingly direct in communication. People would approach each other naturally, read the name badge, and start a conversation without hesitation. For someone who does not consider networking a “natural talent,” this format can feel unusual at first. As Daniils Uljanovs shared after the event: “It was completely different from any exhibition I’ve experienced before. The people are young, open, and they simply come up to you and start talking. It’s not my natural style, but you quickly adapt because everyone is genuinely friendly and ready to connect.” And yes, while being there primarily to support our client, Daniil also managed to expand MATCH Agency’s network along the way. Let’s just say the business cards he used were slightly unconventional - very much aligned with an introvert who prefers creativity over small talk. We are proud of our team and thankful for clients who trust us enough to bring us into their world ❤️

🔵 One of our most meaningful and human-centered campaigns is now live - and we’re proud to share the story. Together with Valsts policijas koledža (State Police College of Latvia), we developed a full-cycle communication campaign to support admissions, elevate the prestige of police service, and present the College as a modern, ambitious, and accessible place of study for young people. Our proposed format - a bold series of video podcasts featuring real police officers - became the heart of the campaign. Honest, personal conversations revealed the human side of the profession and created an emotional connection with the audience. What we delivered: ▪️ 5 full-length podcast episodes (YouTube, Spotify) ▪️ 27 short clips adapted for TikTok, Reels, Shorts ▪️ Over 70 visual assets: banners, covers, graphics ▪️ A full content funnel with strategic media planning ▪️ Organic and paid distribution across all major platforms 📊 Results: ▪️ 1,414,031 total views and listens ▪️ 100% of episodes exceeded target KPIs ▪️ Strong organic engagement, especially on TikTok and Spotify Our favorite part? For many today it’s the first day of school. For us, it’s the perfect moment to wrap up our own MATCH Agency Summer School 2025. Over three months we covered everything from market research and strategy development to paid advertising, SEO, email automation, and other essential tools. On the practical side, we learned how to produce content, set up ad campaigns, work with journalists, and explore many other hands-on skills that shape real marketing work. None of this would have been possible without our amazing colleagues and partners, guest speakers, mentors and clients who gave their time, shared knowledge, and trusted our students with real challenges. We’re proud to share that one of the latest blog articles by DiscoverCars.com was created in collaboration with our MATCH Agency Summer School students! After an inspiring lecture from Aleksandrs Buraks, Head of Growth at DiscoverCars.com, our students were invited to join the process of data collection and analysis for yet another fun research on a car driver stereotype — which, as it turned out, was absolutely true 😄. This real-life case became a chance for them to turn theory into practice, and contribute to work that’s actually being published. Big thanks to the DiscoverCars.com marketing team and Aleksandrs for trusting us and giving our students the opportunity to work on something real. The theory part of our Summer School is now complete — and our students are now working on their final course projects. Five years ago, on August 11, 2020, MATCH Agency started its very first workday from a tiny first office. The brand itself was created in the early post-pandemic spring, and the company was officially registered that September. But this date has always been our real birthday. In these five years, we’ve done the main thing - broken all the “rules” and laws of logic, ignored every “guys, you’ll last six months at best”😏, and instead we survived, we thrived, and we’re still growing.
