We’ve been bringing my son here for his eye checks for quite some time now and it’s always been a good experience.<br><br>I recently got my new pair of glasses here too and am really happy with both the service and the thorough eye examination. Highly recommend!

It isn't always easy to find someone who balances strong technical expertise with a genuinely welcoming attitude, but Douglas definitely hits the mark. I’ve known him for a long time and over the past several years, I’ve placed immense trust in him for my vision care.<br><br>He is incredibly meticulous and thorough with his process every single time. What I really appreciate is how exceptionally patient he is, always taking the time to clearly explain the degree testing and eye checks thoroughly, offering highly practical advice along the way. His professionalism is balanced really well with his warm and approachable manner.<br><br>I trust his work so much that my parents have also been seeing him for their eye checks and glasses for years and he treats them with that exact same outstanding care. Also, with the clinic’s recent expansion and new equipment, his comprehensive checks are even better now. One side of the arm of my specs nose pad recently broke. I wanted to keep the frame and repair the arms. Douglas from United Optometrist was very helpful. He asked for photos to be sent across for a pre-assessment so that when I arrived at the shop, I already knew the likelihood of success. He explained the repair process carefully and kept me abreast of developments along the way. He was reassuring without over-promising, responsible and professional. So glad he was able to "save" my specs and made it use-able again. Thank you.
