Keith A. Pitts, MSE 2076 National Road, Ste. 8 Wheeling, WV 26003 To Whom It May Concern: I want you to know, this is NOT the first time my family has worked with racists to steal money. My oldest daughter's mother, Kimberly Pugh-Fernatt, was implicated in a scheme through the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services with a guy named Chad Bini. The scheme was to have Chad Bini overcharge me for child support. When they got caught, the authorities allowed Kimberly to escape from Ohio to Wheeling, West Virginia so no white person would have to go to prison. She now resides at 7 Diamond Ave in Wheeling, WV and no one has arrested her for the theft. Of course it was to help my family so I could not make money and request my inheritance money. That is the original money. As a matter of fact, family members and a long time friend, Ohio officer Eric Beratti said all this was planned when I was in high school. Officer Eric Beratti said he heard the white kids at Bellaire high school saying this would be the plan if I ever found out about my inheritance. What my family and the local racist did not plan for is the fact I made more money through the Ohio lottery in March of 1999...which my family stole the ticket from my gym bag, and money I made through an e-commerce website, nicnacsplus.com, which was created through the Specialty Merchandise Corporation (SMC), which is now the Smart Living Company based in Simi Valley, California. While traveling to an indoor football game in Late March 1999, our Ohio Valley Smash football team stopped at a Sheetz gas station where I purchased the ticket. After I got home from the game my family stole the ticket from my gym bag and now claim I am bed ridden and they have to control my money. One week later two gunmen, Ahm Hinton and Jim Harris, gunned me down in downtown Wheeling, WV. People my brother-in-law had access to as drug dealers and hired gunmen. People said it was a case of mistaken identity, but the guy they said I was mistaken for, Curtis McGhee, who I played football with at the University of Pittsburgh, doesn't look like me and we weren't around each other. In October of 1999 four gunmen came to kill me, but I had been receiving threatening phone calls and my captain at Belmont Correctional Institution, Captain Dyer, told me to keep a gin on me at all times. I also had a friend, DeMarcus Woody, who also carried a gun and we shot our way out. As for the e-commerce money, the local Bellaire police and the sheriff department were hacking my computer with help from a woman who worked at the Bridgeport, Ohio Comcast building on National Road. They together blocked me from my website and money, and then told my family how to access the money online when they got in my home. You can see this has been a concerted effort to steal money from me, and the last scheme was to withhold my money, have Megan Doyle marry me so they could have her divorce me, claiming I am gay so she could get the money without any questions asked. Kevin Flanagan, the new prosecutor in Saint Clairsville, Ohio was involved in helping my family get away with it. They set up a scenario where a guy climbed through my window to start a fight, and then had the police arrest me so I could be sent to Appalachian Behavioral facility and then to prison. They used my signature to, once again, say I signed my money over to my parents when it was about the case. Case # CR-14-176. If you think Kevin Flanagan's hands are clean, you can contact the Ohio parole board and they will tell you he fabricated documents saying I was under sanctions ater being let free from prison. He faked documents and put me under a parole officer named Bailey in Saint Clairsville, Ohio. Subsequently, they transfer the fake parole to Chattanooga, TN under another white parole officer named bailey. During that time they moved my fake parole from 2 years to 3 years and I knew it was fake. I told them to send me back to prison for the remaining 6 months rather than them moving the time. They had the sheriff's department in Hamilton county tennessee arrest me, place me at the Hamilton county jail and ultimately transfer me to Belmont county jail. I knew they were lying, because they did not send me back to prison, so I wrote a letter to the Ohio parole board and they sent a letter saying I was NEVER under any sanctions. I filed the document to the clerk of courts and since I outsmarted them, they made me sit in jail until march of 2018. These people are liars and racists, paid to help my parents get my money. They finally let me go when they realized I uploaded the fake documents to WikiLeaks. my family are using white people to set up schemes to divulge my money.
