We hired Rebecca as our day-of coordinator, and she far exceeded our expectations. She was open to our vision and willing to work with us on our own terms. She stepped in where we wanted, but happily left things up to us when we communicated that it was something we wanted to do ourselves. She kept track of all of our items and tasks that needed to be done at the end of the evening, and supervised the teardown of the reception space without us having to think about anything. She alleviated so much stress for us, particularly on the wedding day and in the two weeks leading up to our wedding, and we are so happy that we hired her. She is a joy to work with!

Working with Rebecca was truly a dream come true! From start to finish, she provided excellent service, making the entire wedding planning process not only stress-free but incredibly fun. Hiring Rebecca as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process! When my husband and I first began planning our wedding, we thought we could handle everything with help from our family. However, we quickly realized we were in over our heads and needed professional help. Enter Rebecca! From the start, it was clear Rebecca was just as excited to work with us as we were to work with her. She was always willing to jump on a call to ease my stress and keep me organized. Her thoughtful questions (many I would never have considered) helped ensure we were fully prepared. Rebecca also worked closely with our vendors to create a seamless timeline for the day. On the wedding day itself, Rebecca and her wonderful assistant, Donna, did everything possible to bring my vision to life. They alleviated so much stress for us not just on the big day but in the weeks leading up to it. From setup to tear down, they over-delivered on everything. Many of our friends and family even commented on how amazing they were! Reflecting on our wedding day, I am forever grateful we had the Yes to I Do team by our side. Rebecca is an absolute joy to work with, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and caring coordinator!
