As the Legal Netlink Alliance Europe Winter Meeting in #Madrid comes to an end, we leave with a strong sense of what makes this alliance special: 𝓬𝓸𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓽𝓸𝓰𝓮𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓻, 𝔀𝓸𝓻𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓽𝓸𝓰𝓮𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓻, and 𝓶𝓸𝓿𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓯𝓸𝓻𝔀𝓪𝓻𝓭 𝓽𝓸𝓰𝓮𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓻. Over these past days, more than 50 lawyers from around 20 countries across #Europe, the #USA, and #China shared ideas, perspectives, and time—across formal sessions and countless informal conversations that matter just as much. This is where trust deepens and collaboration becomes second nature. Our sincere thanks go to 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐬 for their outstanding hospitality, and to every member who brought energy, openness, and curiosity to Madrid. Until the next meeting—together, and ready for what comes next. #linkingvalues

Councilman Ken Herndon Announces Formation of Public Art Study Panel; Kyle Citrynell Named Chair Louisville, KY – As part of an ambitious effort to strengthen and reimagine Louisville’s public art, Councilman Ken Herndon (D-4) on November 19, 2025 announced the creation of the Public Art Study Panel, marking the third phase of his five-part revitalization plan. The newly formed seven-member panel will play a critical role in shaping the future of public art in Louisville. Its mission includes studying existing public art assets, recommending strategies for preservation and restoration, and exploring opportunities for new installations and initiatives. Councilman Herndon emphasized the importance of this work: “Public art helps define who we are as a city. This panel is not just about fixing what’s broken—it’s about imagining what’s possible. By studying where we’ve been and looking at what’s working in other cities, we can build a stronger, more vibrant public art culture for Louisville.” Kyle Citrynell has been appointed Chair of the Public Art Study Panel, bringing leadership and expertise to guide the group’s research and recommendations. Other members include Tyler Allen, Don Cartright, William Duffy, Gwen Kelly, Leslie Millar, and Cynthia Torp. The panel will deliver a comprehensive report by the end of the first quarter of 2026, which may include proposed amendments to the ordinance governing public art. During its work, the panel is expected to conduct site visits to cities such as New Albany and Cincinnati to learn from successful public art programs. Councilman Herndon encourages residents to share ideas and experiences from other cities to help shape Louisville’s vision for public art.
