Felipe Costa Nadalini has always loved LEGO. Not just the building. The figuring out how things fit together. It's probably why, when Optimove asked if he was ready to build something from scratch in a market that was still taking shape, he said yes. So Felipe joined Optimove as a Sales Executive focused on Brazil 🇧🇷, with zero background in iGaming and exactly the right amount of curiosity. Brazil was a new market. iGaming was a new industry. The team was spread across time zones and cultures. He figured it out. That ability to move across contexts, pick up new skills, and connect different audiences is exactly what Positionless Marketing looks like from the inside. And the more complex the work got, the more he grew into something he'd always been good at: connecting stories into bigger narratives that actually land. Two years in, he shows up at industry events and people come find him. To say hello, grab a drink, catch up. That's the part he's most proud of. Outside of work, Felipe's most important project is his wife and 3-year-old son. Right now they're deep into LEGO and The Lord of the Rings. His son insists on playing the Balrog. Deep down, he's raising a Frodo. 💜
