Ellery Queen ( - 1982)

Ellery Queen is a pseudonym created by the American detective fiction writers Frederic Dannay (real name Daniel Nathan, 1905–1982) and Manfred Bennington Lee (real name Emanuel Lepofsky, 1905–1971). They published over 30 works of crime fiction and true crime under the pseudonym. It was also the name of their main fictional detective. Other authors wrote under the pseudonym Ellery Queen, but without Ellery Queen as a character.
