Every Child, the Oscar-winning animated short from the National Film Board of Canada, is a beautiful and gentle short film that demonstrates the power of animation in telling a poignant story without the benefit of dialogue.

Zlatko Grgić was my animation teacher at Concordia University in Montréal. He was a chain smoking, extremely talented, grumpy, funny, kind man. I love Hot Stuff, the gags, the poses, the timing of his animation — all fabulous. Highly recommended.

It holds up so well, what an excellent movie. Watched it on the Criterion Channel -- it looked amazing.
