Character you wish to play: Ducaine (
_ducaine)
The history of the character: Ducaine was a writer in his bluepill life. He's written several novels including the bestselling "Chronicles of a Mad Hacker." However, after realizing the nature of the world in which he lived, his final book "Streams of Light", a warning to others about his knowledge was not only banned from bookstores, but set him on the run from agents.
He was rescued by the crew of the Pequod. Soon after, he left the ship to spend time in Zion, where he joined the infantry. After two years of service, he was given his own small ship, the Lattice. That ship was destroyed soonafter, with only he and his operator Risk surviving. Upon returning to Zion, and with the Pequod having been destroyed in the time between, he joined the crew of the Icarus where he now serves.
Post a short paragraph of your role-playing of the character: Running through the department store, he stopped, eyeing the garment racks. As the footsteps approached more rapidly behind him, he dove in between the cotton tracksuits. Agent North stopped a foot away from him and panned his head searching. He brought his hand up to his earpiece, abuzz of new events requiring his attention and turned on one foot, striding out of the store. Ducaine sighed and sat in his spot. Their numbers are increasing.</a>
