did you know you can ask the Supreme Court to "do over" a ruling?
it's called a rehearing and yep - Trump says he'll request one after SCOTUS struck down his birthright citizenship order last week.
as a reminder, the Court ruled 5-4 that the 14th Amendment protects citizenship for kids born on US soil.
but rehearings almost never happen: the last one granted after an argued case was in 1965.
