Dolpa NYC
In my great tradition of cutting edge reporting, I bring you the Volks Doll Party in NYC. I did have my camera this time, but my pictures generally sucked so I will spare you blurry pictures of things you have undoubtedly seen elsewhere.
It was so nice to see everyone that I did! The whole day was tons of fun. Everyone did an incredible job of putting everything together. Volks, as always, really went out of their way to show us how much we mean to them, which never stops being amazing to me. The people at FDQ did a super job too.
(Oh hey! There was a special issue of FDQ available there which has an article about Sei Tenshis and a pic of Pigeon in it! Yay!)
I have Mat to thank for being my permabuddy and making long trips up and down the stinky Jersey coast lovely and adventurous. The day after the Dollpa was our shower! That was wonderful too! I don't have any pics yet, but our friends and family braved the shore and the heat to be there for us and bring us amazing gifts! (Thanks again, friends.)

They demonstrated some of the neat things about the new body which included an amazingly simple and genius way to allow the elastic to be loosened or tightened to switch her feet and a neat new system of hooks that lock in the joints so you can attach the feet easier.

Lolly's amazing handiwork. After rubbing my arm for good luck, she won both the incredible one off Momoko she put in for and a Sei Tenshi! In return, I think she may owe me this outfit, don't you? :P
