apartment possibility

We're looking at an apartment 8 hours from now.
3 bedrooms + living room
in our own building.
2nd floor.

Rent is quite manageable:
slightly more than what we're currently paying
but slightly less if you don't include our storage unit.
utilities included.

Landlord doesn't hate us,
especially since we've been good with rent
for two months in a row.
He gave Lynx a drink on the house this evening.

Just need to see if we all like it
and if it's big enough.

I really really really hope it all works out for the best -
- whatever that may be.
