hey there,
ive just joined, but ive been watching the community for a while, and everyone seems really helpful so i thought i'd join. im not sure how good i'll be at helping other people with their problems, but right now i was wondering if anyone could help me out...

so im a little confused about trying to lose weight, and looking on the internet confuses me ten times more :/ im 15, 5"8.5 and 143 lbs and i guess im always trying to lose weight. what im wondering though is what generally i should be trying to cut down on..i mean as well how much fat content in a product is a healthy amount...i think im making sense? and also does anyone know any ways of speeding or slowing their metabolism. i hope im not sounding like someone who has eating problems, because i do want to lost weight reasonabley healthily!
