Greetings & Merry Takeover Tuesday, fellow Newgrounders! I have a sort of random observation & a related & more random observation to start entry 6 off with!
Observation 1: The level 12 weapon kind of resembles the bottle of the Angry Video Game Nerd's favourite brand of beer, Rolling Rock! Yeah, that first one I wanted to get out of the way before I level up, again, which will be in about a week with me logging in at the rate that I do (Yes, I know, with Supporter Status, I can change my weapon icon)!
Observation 2 (related & more random), I have also noticed that the Kwik Flip Dance has also been called the AVGN Dance. What does AVGN in this context stand for? Surely not Angry Video Game Nerd, right? I mean, he does appear in the video of that song (Yes, I watched it on YouTube), but only barely & he DEFINITELY did NOT do that dance! Can someone please explain that one?
Now with the observations out of the way, I have made my 3rd selection for Takeover Tuesday: Clocks of the BBS 2025! It was a tough choice between that or DOOM: The Gallery Experience (I intend to feature that at a later date)! I have now featured works from 3 of the 4 portals on Newgrounds & next week, I intend to feature something from the movie portal (I have an idea or 2 or more)! Also, as I type this out (aside from possible edits), it is still Monday in my time zone as the Seattle Media Area is in the Pacific Time Zone, 3 time zones away from Newgrounds headquarters in Glenside, Pennsylvania. One last thing, I still have not fully figured out how everything on Newgrounds works, but I intend to work on that! That is all! Until next time!
