J&T Express Drop points operate every day (including weekends, and National Holidays)
For non-corporate customers, the payments should be in cash when sending the package through drop point.
For corporate customers, the payment system can be made with special terms and conditions.
You can check J&T Express waybill number on J&T Express website www.jet.co.id or mobile application.
Waybill numbers will be given directly by J&T Express when the package is sent via drop point.
For proceed the claim, you can contact J&T Express call center 021-8066-1888. Then you can take the claim form at the nearest drop point and complete all the needed requirements.
You can tell the J&T Express drop point admin that you want to insure your shipment goods. Then, J&T Express will calculate your package insurance costs with a calculation 0.2% from the price of the invoice.
If you have made an insurance payment and completed all claim documents, then J&T Express will make a claim payment accordancing with the value of the goods, with maximum Rp. 20.000.000,- (Twenty Million Rupiah)
If you do not use shipping insurance, the claim will be paid 10 times of shipping rates, with maximum Rp. 1,000,000 - (One Million Rupiah).
For customers who intentionally send prohibited items or dangerous goods, according to Pasal 47 UU No. 38 Th. 2009, the customer will be sentenced to a maximum jail sentence of 5 (five) years or a maximum fine of Rp. 1,000,000,000 (One Billion Rupiah) and the delivery service provider (J&T Express) cannot be held liable for the incident.

If 30% x actual weight is less than 3Kg, it will be rounded to 3Kg.
For liquid goods delivery can only be done through landline routes. For now J&T Express has not served liquid shipping across the islands.
J&T International Standard Express services can be used at all J&T Express Drop Point and Collection Point, shipping to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and China.
The total shipping cost does not include import/export duties and tax. Customs fees can only be confirmed when the package arrives at the destination country and will be paid by the recipient. Other documents (if needed) for the clearance process are not the responsibility of J&T Express.
If the package fails to be delivered due to the recipient refuses to pay duty tax or refuses to accept the goods due to personal reasons, then the customs fees for the parcel will be borne by the sender. However, if the sender is not willing to pay and does not provide an answer within 15 days, then J&T Express has the right to take action on the packages.

SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN PENGIRIMAN
Ketika menggunakan Layanan Kiriman atau menyerahkan Kiriman kepada J&T (baik secara manual atau elektronik dengan menggunakan Laman Resmi atau aplikasi J&T), Anda sebagai “Pengirim” mengakui bahwa telah membaca, mengerti, memahami, dan menyetujui, atas nama Anda dan/atau atas nama orang lain yang berkepentingan dengan Kiriman, bahwa syarat dan ketentuan pengiriman ini termasuk setiap perubahannya dari waktu ke waktu ("Syarat dan Ketentuan”) di bawah ini berlaku dan Pengirim setuju bahwa Syarat dan Ketentuan merupakan perjanjian yang mengikat antara Pengirim dan J&T.
1. DEFINISI
1.1 "Bukti Nilai Kiriman” berarti struk, kwitansi pembayaran, nota pembelian, dan/atau dokumen lainnya yang dapat membuktikan nilai Kiriman.
1.2 "J&T” berarti PT Global Jet Express, atau J&T Express.
1.3 “Kiriman” berarti setiap barang atau dokumen yang dikirim dengan satu airway bill dan yang diangkut dengan cara apa pun yang dipilih J&T, termasuk melalui angkutan udara, darat atau pun moda angkutan lainnya yang diangkut dengan ketentuan dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.
1.4 “Laman Resmi” berarti situs web J&T yaitu www.jet.co.id.
1.5 “Layanan Kiriman” berarti layanan jasa pengantaran/pengiriman Kiriman yang dilakukan oleh J&T atas permintaan Pengirim.
1.6 “Pengirim” berarti pihak pengguna Layanan Kiriman sekaligus pemilik dan/atau yang memiliki kuasa untuk menyerahkan Kiriman kepada J&T.
1.7 “Penerima” berarti pihak yang menerima Kiriman dari Pengirim.
1.8 “Penerima Pengganti” berarti pihak yang dapat menerima Kiriman untuk dan atas nama Penerima, antara lain anggota keluarga, asisten rumah tangga, penjaga rumah, satpam, atasan, sekretaris, rekan kerja, resepsionis, atau pihak manapun sesuai dengan penilaian dan pendapat J&T yang dapat menerima Kiriman di alamat Penerima.
2. KETENTUAN UMUM
2.1 Seluruh Layanan Kiriman dilakukan oleh J&T berdasarkan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.
2.2 J&T dan Pengirim dapat menyetujui ketentuan khusus yang mengesampingkan atau belum diatur dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dalam sebuah perjanjian terpisah. Untuk menghindari keraguan, dalam hal terjadi pertentangan dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dan ketentuan khusus tersebut, maka yang berlaku adalah ketentuan khusus tersebut.
2.3 Setiap penggunaan terminologi atau kata-kata lain dalam bentuk tunggal akan mencakup bentuk jamak dan sebaliknya disesuaikan dengan konteks dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.
2.4 Jika J&T tidak melakukan haknya berdasarkan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, maka Pengirim membebaskan J&T dari tanggung jawab, setiap biaya atau kerugian lainnya, dan tuntutan dari pihak manapun sehubungan dengan hak-hak J&T yang tidak dijalankan atau dilakukan oleh J&T sebagaimana diatur dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.
2.5 J&T dapat meninjau dan mengubah Syarat dan Ketentuan ini atas kebijakan J&T sendiri dari waktu ke waktu, untuk memastikan bahwa Syarat dan Ketentuan ini konsisten dengan kebijakan internal J&T di masa depan, dan/atau perubahan persyaratan hukum atau peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
2.6 Jika J&T memutuskan untuk mengubah Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, J&T akan mempublikasikan perubahan tersebut di Laman Resmi. Pengirim setuju bahwa Pengirim akan bertanggung jawab untuk meninjau Syarat dan Ketentuan ini secara teratur dari waktu ke waktu untuk informasi terbaru terkait dengan Layanan Pengiriman.
2.7 Pengirim setuju bahwa J&T memiliki hak terakhir untuk menginterpretasikan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini apabila terdapat perbedaan penafsiran atau pengertian mengenai ketentuan- ketentuan di dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.
2.8 Syarat dan Ketentuan ini tunduk pada dan ditafsirkan menurut hukum Negara Republik Indonesia.
3. KEWAJIBAN DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB PENGIRIM
3.1 Pengirim wajib mencantumkan identitas (seperti, nama, alamat, dan nomor telepon) Penerima dan Pengirim dengan benar, akurat, dan lengkap. Khusus untuk Layanan Kiriman dari atau menuju kota Batam, Pengirim wajib mencantumkan informasi HSCODE Kiriman sebagaimana dapat dilihat dari daftar berikut: [Daftar HSCODE Barang]
3.2 Pengirim wajib memberitahukan dengan benar, akurat, dan lengkap mengenai isi, sifat, berat, dan nilai Kiriman.
3.3 Pengirim wajib mengemas Kirimannya dengan baik dan bertanggung jawab untuk melindungi isi Kirimannya selama pengiriman sesuai dengan panduan dan prosedur pengemasan J&T (www.jet.co.id/information/packaging). Apabila timbul suatu kerugian dan/atau kerusakan yang disebabkan karena pengemasan yang kurang sempurna atau tidak sesuai dengan panduan dan prosedur pengemasan J&T (www.jet.co.id/information/packaging), maka kerugian dan/atau kerusakan tersebut menjadi tanggung jawab Pengirim dan bukan tanggung jawab J&T.
3.4 J&T berhak untuk menolak Kiriman yang menurut J&T: (i) alamat Penerima dan informasi Kiriman tidak jelas, (ii) kemasan yang tidak sesuai dengan panduan dan prosedur pengemasan J&T, dan/atau (iii) berisi barang yang dilarang oleh peraturan perundang- undangan atau Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.
3.5 Keterangan atau informasi yang tidak benar mengenai Kiriman sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab Pengirim dan dengan ini Pengirim membebaskan dan akan bertanggung jawab kepada J&T dari setiap tindakan, klaim, sanksi, dan denda yang muncul karenanya.
4. BIAYA LAYANAN KIRIMAN
4.1 J&T berhak atas pembayaran biaya Layanan Kiriman berdasarkan berat, jenis, tingkat, jarak, dan volume Kiriman yang ditetapkan oleh J&T sebagaimana tertera pada Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id) atau media lain yang ditetapkan oleh J&T.
4.2 J&T berhak untuk melakukan penimbangan Kiriman dan hasil dari penimbangan tersebut akan menjadi acuan penagihan dan penyediaan layanan oleh J&T.
5. KIRIMAN YANG DILARANG DAN PEMERIKSAAN KIRIMAN
5.1. J&T berhak pada setiap saat untuk membuka dan memeriksa Kiriman demi memastikan bahwa Kiriman dapat tersampaikan dan tidak melanggar hukum yang berlaku atau kebijakan J&T.
5.2. J&T berhak untuk tidak mengangkut Kiriman yang dilarang oleh Syarat dan Ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T pada Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id) dan/atau menurut J&T dapat membahayakan dan/atau merugikan J&T, karyawan J&T, agen J&T, dan/atau pihak lainnya. Pengirim akan bertanggung jawab kepada J&T, mengganti rugi, dan membebaskan J&T dari (i) tanggung jawab untuk mengangkut Kiriman dan (ii) segala bentuk klaim, gugatan, atau tuntutan atau sanksi dari pihak ketiga manapun yang timbul karena J&T melarang pengiriman barang-barang seperti jenazah atau bagian-bagiannya, binatang hidup maupun mati, obat terlarang, senjata, amunisi, bahan-bahan yang mudah terbakar, barang seni bernilai tinggi menurut J&T, surat berharga, uang, logam mulia, emas, perhiasan bernilai tinggi menurut J&T atau sejenisnya, dan barang-barang yang dilarang oleh hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia ataupun berdasarkan kebijakan yang berlaku di J&T (www.jet.co.id/information/terms). Selain itu, Pengirim juga akan menanggung setiap biaya atau kerugian lainnya dan tuntutan dari pihak mana pun kepada J&T karena tidak dikirimnya Kiriman.
6. BATASAN GANTI RUGI DAN PERLINDUNGAN TAMBAHAN KIRIMAN
6.1. Pengirim bertanggung jawab untuk melindungi Kiriman, dan dapat menggunakan perlindungan tambahan atas Kiriman dari J&T (“Perlindungan Tambahan”) dengan syarat dan ketentuan Perlindungan Tambahan (www.jet.co.id/information/terms).
6.2. J&T hanya bertanggung jawab atas Kiriman yang hilang dan/atau rusak yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan J&T.
6.3. Kecuali Kiriman menggunakan Perlindungan Tambahan yangg tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Perlindungan Tambahan (www.jet.co.id/information/terms), nilai ganti rugi maksimal yang diberikan oleh J&T adalah sebagai berikut:
6.4. Tanggung jawab J&T hanya terbatas pada kehilangan dan/atau kerusakan langsung pada Kiriman dan tunduk pada batasan tanggung jawab J&T di Syarat dan Ketentuan ini. J&T tidak bertanggung jawab atas setiap kehilangan dan/atau kerusakan tidak langsung (termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada, kehilangan keuntungan, pendapatan, bunga, bisnis), walaupun kehilangan dan/atau kerusakan tidak langsung tersebut disebabkan karena kesalahan dan/atau kelalaian J&T.
6.5. Pengirim memahami dan menyetujui bahwa setiap Kiriman dapat sewaktu-waktu dikenakan pemeriksaan, penahanan, pembukaan, penyitaan, atau tindakan lain oleh instansi pemerintah atau otoritas berwenand sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Lebih lanjut, Pengirim setuju bahwa J&T tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan, kerusakan, kehilangan, dan/atau kerugian lain yang timbul akibat tindakan instansi pemerintah atau otoritas berwenang tersebut.
7. WAKTU PENGIRIMAN DAN KEADAAN KAHAR
7.1. Dalam pelaksanaan Layanan Kiriman, J&T tidak menjamin waktu pengiriman untuk setiap Kiriman dan jadwal-jadwal pengiriman tersebut (apabila ada) bersifat tidak mengikat. Dengan demikian, J&T tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan Layanan Kiriman, kecuali ditentukan lain dengan syarat dan ketentuan khusus.
7.2. J&T tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas setiap kerusakan dan/atau kerugian yang diderita oleh Pengirim yang disebabkan oleh kejadian dan/atau hal-hal di luar kendali atau kemampuan J&T yang termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada:
a. setiap kerusakan atau kehilangan yang berkaitan dengan sifat atau karakteristik dari Kiriman;
b. setiap tindakan atau kelalaian oleh pihak yang tidak bekerja pada J&T – contohnya Pengirim, Penerima, Penerima Pengganti atau pihak ketiga lainnya; dan/atau
c. pandemi, epidemi, endemi, perang, kelangkaan atau kenaikan bahan bakar, gangguan telekomunikasi secara terus-menerus, pemadaman listrik, bencana alam (termasuk antara lain: gempa bumi, angin taufan, banjir, letusan gunung berapi), terorisme, kudeta, darurat negara atau daerah, kerusuhan atau huru-hara sipil, perubahan peraturan perundang-undangan dan kebijakan pemerintah dalam bidang ekonomi dan moneter dan/atau demonstrasi.
7.3. Setiap kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh tindakan pemeriksaan, penahanan, pembukaan, penyitaan, atau tindakan lain oleh instansi pemerintah atau otoritas berwenang sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
8. KLAIM
8.1. Pengajuan klaim atas (i) kerusakan, baik sebagian atau sepenuhnya, atau kehilangan sebagian terhadap Kiriman harus diajukan Pengirim kepada J&T selambat-lambatnya dalam waktu 3 (tiga) hari kalender terhitung sejak diterimanya Kiriman oleh Penerima atau Penerima Pengganti tersebut beserta dokumen-dokumen dan video pembukaan Kiriman, atau (ii) kehilangan sepenuhnya terhadap Kiriman harus diajukan Pengirim kepada J&T dalam waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari kalender sejak status terakhir Kiriman..
8.2. Tuntutan atau klaim ganti rugi oleh Pengirim hanya dapat dilakukan satu kali per Kiriman. Dengan diberikannya ganti rugi oleh J&T atas klaim kehilangan atau kerusakan, baik sebagian maupun sepenuhnya atas Kiriman, maka J&T dibebaskan dari segala kewajiban dan tanggung jawab yang mungkin ada terkait dengan Kiriman, dan Pengirim memberikan jaminan kepada J&T bahwa tidak ada dan tidak akan ada perselisihan atau tuntutan lain, yang timbul secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, dari atau sehubungan dengan Kiriman di kemudian hari.
8.3. Apabila tidak ada klaim yang diajukan oleh Pengirim dalam jangka waktu tersebut di atas, maka Kiriman dianggap sudah diterima oleh Penerima tanpa disertai klaim, dan Pengirim membebaskan J&T dari setiap klaim atas Kiriman.
8.4. Kecuali diatur lain dalam syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms), setiap pengajuan klaim terkait Layanan Kiriman harus menyertakan:
a. airway bill;
b. Kartu Tanda Penduduk, paspor atau dokumen identitas resmi Pengirim;
c. Bukti Nilai Kiriman (jika ada);
d. halaman depan buku rekening Pengirim (yang menyatakan nama pemilik dan nomor rekening dengan jelas); dan/atau
e. dokumen lainnya sebagaimana diperlukan oleh J&T;
9. KIRIMAN YANG TIDAK DITERIMA
9.1. Jika dalam waktu 2 (dua) hari kalender sejak (i) Kiriman gagal terkirim selain karena kesalahan J&T (misalnya, alamat Penerima tidak jelas atau tidak ditemukan, Penerima menolak Kiriman, Penerima tidak ada di tempat atau tidak bisa dihubungi, dll.) dan (ii) pemberitahuan dari J&T kepada Pengirim terhadap Kiriman gagal terkirim, maka Pengirim wajib memberikan konfirmasi apakah bersedia menerima kembali Kiriman atau tidak.
9.2. Apabila Pengirim gagal memberikan konfirmasi untuk menerima kembali Kiriman atau tidak setelah lewat dari 2 (dua) hari kalender dari pemberitahuan J&T, maka Pengirim memberikan J&T hak yang tidak dapat ditarik kembali untuk:
a. menyimpan Kiriman dan/atau menjual Kiriman; atau
b. memusnahkan Kiriman.

J&T SUPER
Syarat dan Ketentuan Khusus J&T Super (“S&K J&T Super”) ini merupakan syarat dan ketentuan khusus yang mengatur Layanan Kiriman J&T Super. J&T Super merupakan Layanan Kiriman J&T dengan kategori high-end yang terdiri dari layanan J&T Same Day (“JSD”) dan layanan J&T Next Day (“JND”).
1. DEFINISI
Kecuali didefinisikan lain dalam di bawah ini, setiap penggunaan terminologi atau kata-kata lain dalam bentuk tunggal akan mencakup bentuk jamak dan sebaliknya disesuaikan dengan konteks dalam syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms).
1.1 "Layanan Penjemputan” berarti layanan penjemputan Kiriman yang disediakan oleh J&T ke alamat yang ditunjuk oleh Pengirim.
2. KETENTUAN UMUM
2.1 Sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan S&K J&T Super ini, hal-hal yang telah diatur dalam syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms) akan tetap berlaku.
2.2 Dalam hal terjadi penentangan dalam S&K J&T Super ini dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms), maka yang berlaku adalah S&K J&T Super ini.
2.3 Pengirim setuju bahwa J&T memiliki hak terakhir untuk menginterpretasikan S&K J&T Super ini apabila terdapat perbedaan penafsiran atau pengertian mengenai ketentuan-ketentuan di dalam S&K J&T Super ini.
3. DIMENSI & BERAT KIRIMAN
3.1 Kiriman yang dapat menggunakan Layanan Kiriman J&T Super tidak dapat melebihi maksimal berat: 5,3kg dan dimensi: 180m3
3.2 J&T berhak untuk melakukan penimbangan dan pengukuran Kiriman, dan hasil dari penimbangan dan pengukuran tersebut akan menjadi acuan dalam penyediaan Layanan Kiriman J&T Super.
3.3 J&T berhak untuk menolak Kiriman yang menurut J&T tidak memenuhi S&K J&T Super ini dan/atau syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms).

6. BATAS WAKTU PENERIMAAN KIRIMAN & LAYANAN PENJEMPUTAN
6.1 Untuk keperluan pengiriman, Pengirim dapat menyerahkan Kiriman ke gerai-gerai J&T atau menggunakan Layanan Penjemputan.
6.2 Kiriman yang akan dikirim menggunakan Layanan Kiriman J&T Super harus diserahkan pada atau diterima oleh J&T paling lambat pada:

6.3 Layanan Penjemputan hanya dapat digunakan atau dipesan melalui aplikasi J&T (iOS / Android / Huawei). Layanan Penjemputan tidak dikenakan biaya (free of charge) dan ketentuan minimum jumlah Kiriman.
6.4 Layanan Penjemputan bergantung pada ketersediaan armada penjemputan. Pengirim dengan ini memahami, mengakui dan menyetujui bahwa J&T tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas setiap keterlambatan, kerusakan dan/atau kerugian yang diderita oleh Pengirim yang disebabkan oleh ketidaktersediaan Layanan Penjemputan.
6.5 Waktu Penerimaan Kiriman oleh J&T akan tercetakk pada resi pengiriman yang dikeluarkan oleh J&T. Ketika menggunakan Layanan Penjemputan, Pengirim setuju bahwa Kiriman dianggap diterima oleh J&T ketika status pengiriman Kiriman pada fitur trace & track di aplikasi J&T dan Laman Resmi telah berstatus "pick-up" atau "telah diproses".
6.6 Kecuali Pengirim tetap ingin menggunakan Layanan Kiriman JSD, Kiriman JSD yang diterima oleh J&T setelah pukul 12:00 akan dikirimkan menggunakan Layanan Kiriman JND.
7. BIAYA LAYANAN KIRIMAN
7.1 J&T berhak atas pembayaran biaya Layanan Kiriman J&T Super berdasarkan berat, jenis, tingkat, jarak, dan volume Kiriman yang ditetapkan oleh J&T sebagaimana tertera pada Laman Resmi (jet.co.id) atau media lain yang ditetapkan oleh J&T.
7.2 Biaya Layanan Kiriman J&T Super sudah termasuk Perlindungan Tambahan sebagaimana diatur dalam S&K J&T Super ini.
8. BATASAN GANTI RUGI
8.1 J&T hanya bertanggungjawab atas Kiriman yang hilang, rusak atau terlambat tiba di alamat Penerima yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan J&T.
8.2 Nilai ganti rugi maksimal yang diberikan oleh J&T atas kiriman selain dokumen yang hilang atau rusak adalah sebagai berikut:

8.5 Tanggung jawab J&T hanya terbatas pada keterlambatan pengiriman, kehilangan dan kerusakan langsung pada Kiriman dan tunduk pada batasan tanggung jawab J&T di S&K J&T Super ini. J&T tidak bertanggung jawab atas setiap keterlambatan pengiriman, kehilangan dan/atau kerusakan tidak langsung (termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada, kehilangan keuntungan, pendapatan, bunga, bisnis), walaupun keterlambatan pengiriman, kehilangan dan/atau kerusakan tidak langsung tersebut disebabkan karena kesalahan dan/atau kelalaian J&T.

Syarat dan Ketentuan Perlindungan Tambahan (“S&K Perlindungan Tambahan”) ini merupakan syarat dan ketentuan khusus yang mengatur tentang Perlindungan Tambahan yang disediakan oleh J&T dan dapat digunakan oleh Pengirim untuk melindungi Kiriman.
1. KETENTUAN UMUM
1.1 Sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan S&K Perlindungan Tambahan ini, hal-hal yang telah diatur dalam syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms) akan tetap berlaku.
1.2 Dalam hal terjadi pertentangan dalam S&K Perlindungan Tambahan ini dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms), maka yang berlaku adalah S&K Perlindungan Tambahan
1.3 Pengirim dapat menggunakan Perlindungan Tambahan ketika menggunakan Layanan Kiriman atau menyerahkan Kiriman kepada J&T (baik secara manual atau elektronik dengan menggunakan Laman Resmi atau aplikasi J&T).
1.4 Meskipun telah menggunakan Perlindungan Tambahan, Pengirim mengetahui, memahami dan menyetujui bahwa hal tersebut tidak menghilangkan tanggung jawab Pengirim untuk melindungi Kiriman sesuai Syarat dan Ketentuan, Panduan dan Prosedur Pengemasan dan/atau syarat ketentuan lainnya yang berlaku.
1.5 Pengirim setuju bahwa J&T memiliki hak terakhir untuk menginterpretasikan S&K Perlindungan Tambahan ini apabila terdapat perbedaan penafsiran atau pengertian mengenai ketentuan- ketentuan di dalam S&K Perlindungan Tambahan ini, termasuk namun tidak terbatas dalam memutuskan Bukti Nilai Kiriman dapat dijadikan dasar pemberian ganti rugi kepada Pengirim atau tidak.
2. KIRIMAN YANG DAPAT MENGGUNAKAN PERLINDUNGAN TAMBAHAN
2.1 Perlindungan Tambahan hanya dapat digunakan untuk melindungi Kiriman sebagai berikut:

3. BIAYA PERLINDUNGAN TAMBAHAN
3.1 Ketika menggunakan Perlindungan Tambahan, Pengiriman akan dikenakan Biaya Perlindungan Tambahan sesuai ketentuan sebagai berikut:

Berikut adalah ilustrasi perhitungan biaya Perlindungan Tambahan:
nilai Kiriman = Rp500.000,- biaya Perlindungan Tambahan = 0,2% x nilai Kiriman biaya Perlindungan Tambahan = 0,2% x Rp500.000,- biaya Perlindungan Tambahan = Rp1.000,-

3.2 Pengirim setuju bahwa jenis Kiriman, nilai Kiriman yang diinformasikan kepada J&T dan jenis Perlindungan Tambahan yang dipilih oleh Pengirim akan menjadi acuan penagihan biaya Perlindungan Tambahan dan jumlah ganti rugi yang akan diberikan oleh J&T atas kehilangan dan kerusakan Kiriman.
3.3 Biaya Perlindungan Tambahan wajib dibayar secara lunas oleh Pengirim ketika menyerahkan Kiriman kepada J&T.
3.4 Apabila Pengirim gagal membayar lunas biaya Perlindungan Tambahan ketika menyerahkan Kiriman, J&T berhak untuk:
a. menolak mengirimkan Kiriman;
b. tidak melanjutkan pengiriman Kiriman; dan/atau
c. menghentikan pengiriman Kiriman
4. BATASAN GANTI RUGI ATAS KIRIMAN DENGAN PERLINDUNGAN TAMBAHAN
4.1 Ketika Kiriman menggunakan Perlindungan Tambahan, nilai ganti rugi maksimal yang diberikan oleh J&T adalah sebagai berikut:

SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
J&T DOC
Syarat dan Ketentuan Khusus J&T Doc (“S&K J&T Doc”) ini merupakan syarat dan ketentuan khusus yang mengatur Layanan Kiriman J&T Doc. Layanan Kiriman J&T Doc merupakan Layanan Kiriman J&T yang tersedia khusus untuk pengiriman dokumen.
1. KETENTUAN UMUM
1.1 Sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan S&K J&T Doc ini, hal-hal yang telah diatur dalam syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms) akan tetap berlaku.
1.2 Dalam hal terjadi penentangan dalam S&K J&T Doc ini dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms), maka yang berlaku adalah S&K J&T Doc ini.
1.3 Pengirim setuju bahwa J&T memiliki hak terakhir untuk menginterpretasikan S&K J&T Doc ini apabila terdapat perbedaan penafsiran atau pengertian mengenai ketentuan-ketentuan di dalam S&K J&T Doc ini.
2. PENGEMASAN KIRIMAN
2.1 J&T akan menyediakan kemasan berupa amplop coklat dan plastik pelindung tanpa biaya tambahan (free of charge) untuk setiap Kiriman J&T Doc.
2.2 Pengirim dapat menggunakan kemasan tambahan berupa amplop karton yang disediakan oleh J&T untuk Kiriman J&T Doc ("Kemasan Khusus") sesuai dengan ketentuan S&K J&T Doc ini.
3. BIAYA LAYANAN KIRIMAN DAN KEMASAN KHUSUS
3.1 J&T berhak atas pembayaran biaya Layanan Kiriman J&T Doc berdasarkan berat, jenis, tingkat, jarak, dan volume Kiriman yang ditetapkan oleh J&T sebagaimana tertera pada Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id) atau media lain yang ditetapkan oleh J&T.
3.2 Biaya Kemasan Khusus adalah sebagaimana ditetapkan oleh J&T pada masing-masing gerai.
4. BATASAN GANTI RUGI
4.1 J&T hanya bertanggungjawab atas Kiriman yang hilang atau rusak yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan J&T.
4.2 Nilai ganti rugi maksimal yang diberikan oleh J&T atas Kiriman yang hilang atau rusak adalah sebagai berikut:

4.3 Tanggung jawab J&T hanya terbatas pada kehilangan dan/atau kerusakan langsung pada Kiriman dan tunduk pada batasan tanggung jawab J&T di S&K J&T Doc ini. J&T tidak bertanggung jawab atas setiap kehilangan dan/atau kerusakan tidak langsung (termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada, kehilangan keuntungan, pendapatan, bunga, bisnis), walaupun kehilangan dan/atau kerusakan tidak langsung tersebut disebabkan karena kesalahan dan/atau kelalaian J&T.
5. LAIN-LAIN
5.1 Layanan J&T Doc tidak tersedia dengan metode Cash On Delivery (COD).
5.2 Apabila Pengirim mengirimkan dokumen dengan metode Delivery Fee on Delivery (DFOD), Biaya Perlindungan Tambahan dan Biaya Kemasan Khusus (jika ada) wajib dibayarkan oleh Pengirim pada saat penyerahan Kiriman.

SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
J&T HEBOH
Syarat dan Ketentuan Khusus J&T HEBOH (“S&K J&T HEBOH”) ini merupakan syarat dan ketentuan khusus yang mengatur Layanan Kiriman J&T HEBOH. Layanan Kiriman J&T HEBOH merupakan Layanan Kiriman J&T yang tersedia khusus untuk pengiriman paket besar.
1. KETENTUAN UMUM
1.1 Sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan S&K J&T HEBOH ini, hal-hal yang telah diatur dalam syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms) akan tetap berlaku.
1.2 Dalam hal terjadi penentangan dalam S&K J&T HEBOH ini dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms), maka yang berlaku adalah S&K J&T HEBOH ini.
1.3 Pengirim setuju bahwa J&T memiliki hak terakhir untuk menginterpretasikan S&K J&T HEBOH ini apabila terdapat perbedaan penafsiran atau pengertian mengenai ketentuan-ketentuan di dalam S&K J&T HEBOH ini.
2. BERAT KIRIMAN
2.1 Kiriman yang dapat menggunakan layanan kiriman J&T HEBOH minimal 2,31kg dan tidak dapat melebihi maksimal berat 10,3kg. Berat tersebut dihitung sebelum packing tambahan.
2.2 J&T berhak untuk melakukan penimbangan dan pengurukan Kiriman, dan hasil dari penimbangan dan pengukuran tersebut akan menjadi acuan dalam penydiaan Layanan Kiriman J&T HEBOH.
2.3 J&T berhak untuk menolak Kiriman yang menurut J&T tidak memenuhi S&K J&T HEBOH ini dan/atau syarat dan ketentuan yang dipublikasikan oleh J&T di Laman Resmi (www.jet.co.id/information/terms).
