Hi, I’m Jackson. I founded Conductor, which lets you run a team of coding agents on your Mac. We’re building the human interface to AI organizations.
Previously I worked on ML infrastructure at Netflix and on negotiation agents at Brown.

One reason I started Conductor was to create a place where I could do the best work of my life: in person, with incredible people, toward a formidable goal, holding each other to the highest standards. The work I’m doing here is better than any I’ve done before. I move faster, I’m more focused on what matters, and I get better feedback. Conductor feels like an elite sports team. Come join us!

Growing up in Seattle, I was often asked to “give back.” I packed food at a food bank, “built” a school, sorted the recycling, and so on. I resented this make-work and looked forward to making a serious effort toward helping others. Today, I’m proud to be part of a community pledging 10% of our lifetime incomes to the betterment of creatures near and far, great and small.
