tried multiple times from the start but couldn't get very far.

The idea seems way to ambitious for a jam game, but I see a cool concept in there.

Obviously that's ok though, using a jam to get some eyes on your idea is fine, at least to me.

You also described it as work-in-progress, so I'm not gonna comment on things that are obvious placeholders.

So first of, I felt quite lost at times, especially in the catacomb lvl were one time I think I might have not gotten a disk and have never found a glyph, meaning i was stuck.

I do like the idea though of going into different mini worlds and searching for the "key" item, possibly doing puzzles or combat along the way to get it.

I would have appreciated a settings menu because mouse sens and volume were way to high for my liking.

Also, mouse capture in the browser should be respect when user ESC out of the window, so that I can set the volume outside or exit the game more easily.

I ran into some bugs, but that's expected when something's WIP. I might have missed out on a scene though bc of it, since the portal of the "green spruce-needle-like glyph" put me into a unending loading screen.

I do think I would like to see were this is going though, if you felt like you wanted to continue on this :)

Well this was strange but interesting!^^ I thought it would be mostly exploration in small areas, but then there was a desert (in which I found a disc but no ancient motif), a cold landscape with some kind of large demon (that I couldn’t fight), and then thy mysterious crypt and its puzzle that I eventually understood how to solve by trial and error (although even after lighting all the candles I took a while to find the disc, and again no motif). I had to stop in a pitch black area where I just couldn’t see where I was going at all.

I guess it is what it is for a game still in progress. But I love the mystic aura that it evokes, the strangeness of an unfinished game world. It was pretty nice to explore!

Thanks for detailed feedback. As you have said it is an unfinished game and I plan to finish and polish it. Maybe even publish it on Steam.

I have already planned to include combat action and will implement it later. The monster on the ice mountain doesn’t need to be defeated, you run faster than it and can take the motif and escape.

Thanks for playing!

I liked this a lot! I personally had a lot of trouble with the camera, which made the experience very difficult to play, but the idea is really cool. It kinda reminded me of yume nikki a little. I would be interested in seeing a more realized version of this concept.

I like it, theme reminded me of Conan Exiles. Could be a little more instructive with what to do.

Fair, I could not finish a lot of features. I planned to have an intro then a tutorial too but 1 week is too short for that. I will try to finish the game in 2 months maybe. Thanks for playing.
