The mothership has located a suspicious signal coming from underground, probably a bunker of some kind... So keep your eyes open.

Fun physics game! I like the use of the theme!

I demonized the world until all that was left was pure black. (by clipping out of the bunker ofc xd)

Took a bit to understand what to do beyond throw stuff around- sad we cant demonize houses and buildings. Throwing tanks would to destroy stuff would have been a fun addition. left click felt underpowered.

Got to max lvl before even seeing any enemies so guided tutorial & balancing would have been nice to see.

Good job though! :D

The intro cutscene was amazing, and the art is nice and consistent! I liked the concept of the game, but it did feel a bit slow to me personally. After a while, I started to encounter less people, and it took a long time to gain exp. It would also be nice to have an interactive rundown on the controls and the game objective after the cutscene, instead of needing to check the itch page. Other than that, leveling up was very enjoyable, and the way you could interact with the map was also fun. Good job on the submission!

Finally, in my 3rd try I could beat the game, the boss it’s hard because it can kill you very fast but on my victory run I just push it far from me really quick and from far away I just kept pushing the boss until I kill it, good it have little HP and the box make damage haha

I think my main issue with the game is that you have to redo everything and to get enough HP to not get deleted by the boss can take some minutes, which gets a little boring by the middle of the second try. Now that I know how to beat the boss I could do it faster but maybe some people don’t want to go through all the game again. So maybe if the game was faster the redoing all wouldn’t be bad. I like the power you have at max level, I like to eat all it’s in front which makes the game fun, also you can get very fast and it’s nice that you can find the bunker with the siren alert sound, also it can be a little hard to enter to the bunker if you don't hug the left wall

The visuals of the game are great, I really like the alien and the visual changes with the levels, I like the blur at the distance and the boss design. Sadly this game doesn’t have music and that can make it a little hard to replay the game but at least it has some sfx to keep it entertaining for some time

I like the name of the game because you fit well the 51 with the main power of the alien and I think that’s all I have to say, the game can be fun :)

The idea is really cool. It's one of those destroy the world as the alien/horror/monster type of games. I loved these (made one myself this jam too (shameless plug)). Controlling a super-powerful alien that can decimate humans at the snap of the finger is so fun, and I see potential here. In terms of this game though, I managed to reach the underground bunker and see the final boss, but I am not sure what to do next given there aren't any damaging options available to the player. I've already reached max level too, so there should be a way, right? Also, damn, the final boss hit hard. Are you supposed to be the monster? Anyway, I think there is potential, and I hope I can see the game in a more complete state. Regardless, well done!

Other things I like:

  • Graphics are nice and consistent
  • Map is really big (not sure if it's plus or not, though), but you definitely spent time building the scene
  • There's some sense of progression in the game
  • Sucking mechanic felt impactful and fun to use

Suggestions:

  • The game would definitely benefit from some indication of where to go, what to do etc. It's a bit aimless right now except the single line of text in the game description
  • Drag and throw seems a bit useless right now, maybe making it feel a bit more powerful and do damage? (think telekinetic from bioshock/dead space)
  • The bunker section collider needs some tuning. The first playthrough I fell through the floor into the void and required a restart. But in general, it's super hard to move there because of the collision
  • Base movement speed/acceleration is a bit slow and clunky, making controlling the character really sluggish. Took away the fun of it somewhat
  • It would be nice to have some feedback on eating human = exp / eating stuff = health. It's poorly signalled in the game and I don't even know it was a thing until I read the game description the second time (not all people read you know?)

Cool idea and mechanics, but the level progression is pretty slow, so it felt a bit boring.

I'm also not sure what's the goal of the game was. I guess you just level up enough to swallow everything?

Would have loved to see some more varied SFX and music.

Thanks! You can complete the game by finding a boss and defeating it, but it can be difficult to find and defeat :D
