Nice game!

I LOVE THIS GAME! It's the perfect example of KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid). It's very easy to understand the tutorial, the gameplay, everything!

The core mechanic, despite being the only mechanic, is really fun, especially with the soothing music. The game feels very balanced, with good progression represented through the increasing complexity and difficulty of the levels.

Great work!

Addicting with simple mechanics. Just what you want in a puzzle game!

It’s an amazing scope for a jam. I didn’t encounter any bugs. Thanks for sharing!

Great game! Everything was solid and worked properly. I wished you could have explored the dungeon crawler side of things a little more though with leveling up and such but that's a bit out of the scope of this game jam! Good solid work!

This was great, very chill.  Completed 25 levels.  Would make a great mobile game!

how did you procedurally generate the maps?  Did you generate a connected map and then randomly rotate the tiles?

Would be nice if there were another mechanic to it.  A portal or something?

"Did you generate a connected map and then randomly rotate the tiles?"
good question! yep! I started off making random maps and trying to determine if they were solvable . That proved to be much more complicated than generating a valid win path first and randomizing the rest of the tiles. That led to making the HINT window much easier, I already had the data. This was a big win moment in the project for me

Smart!  I did a similar thing for a tower defense game - it was faster/easier to generate and check a bunch of graphs than to try and build one perfectly from scratch.

I didn't actually use the hints, but I can see how knowing all the correct answers up front would make that easier.  Though there's a random chance of being more than one correct answer and the hint may not be for an answer you already have in progress.

Thanks for sharing :)

I played this before from your discord post. I loved it then, I love it now. Music is very nice. My feedback would be that you can make it look much prettier.

A fun take on the pipe game, a lot of room to grow with this one, I hope you keep working on it!

I was kinda hoping to reach a kill screen at some point. But oh well, you can add 105 in your high score list! :P

That was fun! Good job!

Yes! Easy to start playing and  the game is entertaining.

Simple yet fun! I did 12 levels, and stopped at unlucky 13.

I especially like the heroic music when the path is complete. And the necessity of liking treasure.

Once you figure out the trick it becomes quite systematic to find the route. More types of tiles could help keep things fresh, but I'm sure that would have made the procedural generation much more complicated.
