Hello Scott.
I just finished my first real readthrough of this game. Apparently, there is only one thing rules-wise that causes the condition "restrained" (Soul Siphon) and another one that causes "stunned" (Giant Snake). But what exactly causes "frightened"? (Failing a Cunning roll, perhaps?) And can you be incapacitated without being prone and/or dying? I assume the examples on the last page are really just examples to get players' imagination going and create more. There is one tiny typo under Incapacitated: "Drop eveyrthing" should be "Drop everything."

Looking at the band list....you have a Spotify/Other service playlist?

I don't have a playlist but can always entirely recommend Castle Rat. They are so good and full of fanciful imagination that their two albums so far might easily inspire numerous game sessions. They are building their own mythology through album art, videos, lyrics and stage shows.

Liking this rule set. Quick and fun.

For Loot, is it a binary have/have not, or can you possess several pieces of Loot at once?

yup, loot is loot. You have it and then it's spent

Another question, I know USR3 was Creative Commons licensed but I didn't see any similar licensing here. I ask because I wasn't sure if any of the material in Wolves at the Door would be available to folks interested in writing a USR3-derived game.

I'll make this cc in the same way :)

I’m really excited to read and play more USR3 material. I see some subtle changes to the system in here and I like what I see! Do you plan to do these for other genres?

Under Carousing, I see you can spend your loot and there are several bullet points of options listed. Is the intent that you pick one of these options? All of them?

That's a very good question. I've now specified it's one thing.
