The sprites and animations look great, and it was simple enough to start playing without any tutorial, although I didn't know I could jump until mashing some keys once the tanks started shooting. Cool concept, nice work.
Cool game! I feel like more could be done in terms of enemies that damage you, but I had fun!
Fun to play and great visuals! Good job!
Nice art and animation!
Such a cool idea and really well-executed! Loved the chomp animation especially, it has a really nice weight to it! Really lovely pixel art overall! Those tanks made me jump the first time haha
I love the visuals. The parallax in the city level with the big moon in the background is super cool! The animation on the T-Rex chomp looked great and made it really satisfying to eat the terrified little people XD. The opening cutscene where the dino eats the time machine was well executed. I was immediately bought into this great premise!
It was difficult to figure out the "bite zone". It seemed like I had to stand on top of the thing I wanted to eat, which felt a little weird. Also it seemed like I couldn't bite while jumping and moving, or maybe the bite was really delayed. So while I really wanted to eat the helicopters I could never quite pull it off.
Great work!
Nice work. I was never really sure whether I was going to eat the object in front of me or not, there wasn't a lot of feedback around the hitbox of the 'enemy' so I was mostly just pressing spacebar and hoping to succeed rather than confidently pressing it at exactly the right time.
I had fun, loved the art!
The game was polished and felt complete.
Sadly, I saw no reason to jump or use any of the vertical platforms. Perhaps include some incentive for vertical movement, such as flying enemies or interactive items on the vertical platforms.
Good Job!!!
