This has a lot of pottential. I'd like to see some more audio work on juicyness though. More feedback on hitting and casting spells as well as audio variations for kills and such would be a nice point of pogress!

WOW! Really cool game and it goes in depth! Movement feels nice and the level system is well done

Wow really impressive game for a one week jam. Loved playing and I especially thought that the rougelike elements added that extra incentive to keep playing over and over again.

The bee is a cutie! xD

I found the game to be a little easy as soon as I reaches Lvl 2. Some kind of hit feedback if you get hit by an enemy would be awesome. Later in the run I got like 2k damage chunks in and didn't quite know where it came from.
Also some times i killes enemies by accident out of bounds, which let to me not getting to the XP-bubbles. But as there is the magnetic draw in from time to time, this is not much of a problem, just felt a little weird.

All in all I had a great time during my run, good job! :3

Developer

Thanks, I’m glad to hear that! I’m already working on improving it.

Thanks for the feedback! 😉

This is first time I enjoyed the game playing for me, and me only roaming around. I like how the game looks and feels. You did a great job!

The only thing I think would make it better - if the expbubbles out of borders would spawn inside the borders. The experience amount though was enough to enjoy it.

Developer

Thanks, I’ll keep that in mind! ^^

made in one week!!!!!!

I echo what the other comments say: it is pretty impressive to do this alone in a single week! It's honestly really amazing to think about it. Talking about the game itself, i used the electric class in the apocalypse map and what i can say is that the game was pretty fun but it got old pretty quickly after the fifth wave. I am not sure if this is because of the mechanics themselves or if it was a little too easy without too much enemy variety to throw you for a loop. I can't speak too much about the assets but the music was pretty good! The one thing i would criticize is the UI not within the survival section but in the spell creation and all. It was pretty overwhelming and even with the lengthy tutorial it still didn't feel that intuitive to me, maybe that's the thing to concentrate on since the idea of custom spells could make the game stand out even more.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! And yes, I’m still working on the intuition and the overall gameplay.

I’ve already added quests that you can complete during a run to bring in more dynamics. But there’s still a lot to do — I’ll keep at it! ^^

Wow, this is a really cool game for a solo developer with a one-week deadline. Even though it's mostly asset-based, you still did a great job, well done!

Developer

Thanks — that really means a lot to hear! ^^

Wow! This game is super polished. It’s well made and honestly so addictive. it made me want to beat my high score not just once, but four times! I really enjoyed playing it.

Just a quick suggestion: sometimes I didn’t really feel it when enemies hit me, and I’d lose health without realizing it. Maybe you could add a visual indicator on the UI (besides the health bar) to make it clearer when I'm taking damage? Other than that, excellent work! :)

Developer

Thanks a lot for the kind words — you made my day!

Yes, that feedback has come up a few times already, and it will definitely be implemented in the final game 😉

Very impressive work in only 1 week and especially as a solo dev. It was a pleasure to play and I really enjoyed nice and steady progression. It was very satisfying after getting many upgrades to be able to take out a huge group of enemies in only 1 or 2 attacks. Excellent work!

Developer

Thanks — that’s exactly why I make games. I’m really happy to hear that! ^^

i like how theres a lot of polish and detail made in the game to an extent it looks like a commercial game, especially for a jam with a deadline of 7 days! i really enjoyed how much the audio and the effects immersed me into the experience. although i played this for around ~10mins, it really did intrigue me to play more. overall, very polished game, keep up the good work!

Developer

That really means a lot to hear! I’m already actively continuing development and working on creating a Steam page. I’ll keep you all updated! ^^

I'm very impressed by this. It's a great game. How did you manage to make it in just a week

Developer(+1)

Hey, glad to hear that!

I’ve been working in game development for about 11 years now, and also have a lot of experience with project planning in general. Architecture planning is really crucial. In this project, for example, I focused heavily on modularity and used an event bus, which makes it easy to extend the game.

That way, you always have something functional, and when you have time, you can add another feature — or cancel one if it becomes too complicated. That’s how I managed to get quite a lot done in that time 😉

Woaw , really addictive , the content is well made , graphics are clean , survivor system is great,  masterclass .

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot — I’m really glad you like it! 😊

This is your first jam?! That's so coooool!! Great job!

Thank you so much^^

Pretty cool game, and its very impressive for your first jam. I'm VERY surprised you were able to get so much done in just a week. I did find the game kind of easy and repetitive though.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback — I’ll definitely take that into account!

quite a nice survivor-like!

Developer

Thank you^^

Cool Game.

Thanks :)

Cool game! A lot of different mechanics is cool and very amazing for one person.

Developer

Thanks — that’s exactly why I’m doing this! ^^

Submitted(+2)

Gameplay is a little repetitive after a while (an issue with many survivor games), but really well polished considering the scope of a game like this. Great job!

Developer

Glad to hear that — thanks! ^^

Very impressive for one week. There is a lot of content and stuff to learn about the systems, which is crazy, that you did all that in just one week. But I also think that the gameplay is kind of monotone. In an actual run there is not much to do, except for running around to collect xp and dodge enemies. In the beginning you dont even really have to move to dodge enemies. But otherwise, really impressive and full of content!

Developer(+1)

Yeah, I totally understand — that’s just how survivor-likes tend to be. I’m planning to add some more features and game modes to make it all a bit more exciting ^^
