How does the game fit the theme?
The game explores “Strange Places” through a surreal corridor environment that constantly shifts and loops. The corridors represent a liminal mental space.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

it is pretty confusing , the visual really hurt my eyes , the voice acting is not bad. In final , the game is pretty confusing , it can be interesting but yeah I wasn't really seduced by it sorry ! But the game is interesting and it still great that you guys have achieved a game for the jam .
This was a very interesting take on the theme, but I was quite confused all throughout. I like the colors and the addition of voice acting, but it was kind of hard to see where I was going. But I think this game could have a lot of potential!
Cool space
Really cool idea to change the camera angles while playing. I had so much fun playing it. Great work
Changing camera angles and control schemes like that is pretty cool! I found the fish eye effect to be pretty disorienting at times, but I understand that it's part of the atmosphere. Having everything be pink is neat stylistically, but I found it kind of difficult to know where to go next. Overall this project has some cool ambience with interesting technology, but could be helped by some directional indicators!
Pretty cool game tbh, I was greatly disoriented at the start because of the camera, and even when I beat the game I felt a little bit confused. I liked the ideas you guys had though, when I reached the end I felt the twist quite interesting lol. Congrats! And good luck with the jam.
thanks AFK_KIko, the ending is actually is very meaningful for the team if you wanna know more about it feel free to ask but it's connected to a trauma that whole team member carried recently which was strange and the theme was strange so it kicked us more than anyone.
I really liked the surreal atmosphere and camera experimentation! At times the heavy pink tones and camera effects made it hard to see or understand where to go, which pulled me out a bit, but overall great execution!
thanks for your feedback completely agree with you, many more mentioned it as-well both pink tone and camera, thanks for honest feedback
Nice game!
you are nice <3 thanks
I like how you implemented the theme. It was a bit difficult to see through the camera when entering cramped spaces, it's a very interesting game!
thanks for feedback, i agree with you and many more comment that mentioned camera
Gotta admit, got some chills in the end! made me wonder what the game is based on and what inspired it, very strange experience overall. The game is a bit buggy and it wasn't clear where I should have went though I did find my way out in the end, cheers!
It's primarily about our personal traumas, to be honest. Recently, we have heard a lot of news about the deaths of people in our country, and we decided to use this game as an outlet to express some of our darkest feelings. What is the point of creating something (anything) if not to reveal your soul? Also, apologies for the bugs!
Very interesting game ! I liked the playing with camera angles, and well voice acted!
Well done!
cheers, thanks for a nice feedback
Very, experimental for sure. The camera warping was a bit too intense for me. I almost quit before getting to the end. The voice acting was cool. Reminded me of Edith Finch.
very cool comment, bunch of energy <3 thanks for feedback
Nice but the pink made it hard to see (especialy in the beginning)
i agree <3 thanks for feedback
Cool style, but I will say that the camera and colors make it more difficult to see anything than anything else
yes you are correct, part of it was intentionally but i agree it's to much
Nice game!
thanks 😜
What an interesting experience!
What I liked:
Minor issues:
thanks for clear and bullet pointed feedback one of the best feedback we got <3 thanks
Really liked the visuals and overall vibe, but I’ll be honest, I didn’t really understand what was going on most of the time. It felt very surreal, which is interesting, but I think a bit more clarity or guidance would help players connect with the experience instead of feeling lost.
The atmosphere is definitely the strongest part. The colors, environment, and strange presentation create a unique mood that sticks with you. It feels intentionally disorienting, which works in its favor.
Overall, very good for a game jam!
Really liked the view but didnt understand anything.
I'd recommend you play another game we made everyone-wears-one it's kind of walking sim and experimental project which represent a shared trauma among the group that made this experience for you and with playing the other (everyone-wears-one) which was made in 48 hours for global game jam this experience will have another impact on you. but thanks for feedback, wish you luck.
Really enjoyed how surreal everything felt, I do think that maybe the contrasts between the pinks should be a bit higher, but overall I enjoyed the experience
Thanks for feedback, I'd recommend you play another game we made for Global Game Jam in 48hr (everyone-wears-one), exactly you're correct, I'll change more about camera and contrast another friend mentioned this feedback thanks again <3
