Reminds me a lot VVVVVV. It deserved a stronger visual identity because the gameplay is really cool. I don't know if I'm stupid, but the last portal isn't doing anything for me :c Anyway good job !
Such a great idea ! With so much potential :> Loved the visuals !
I like it a lot You did a good job with progressive level design. Teach them the basics and then make it harder. Well done! One note, red usually means danger, I was avoiding the red squares only to realize they flipped the gravity.
Such a nice gravity game. I like the little cat guy a very nice player sprite. Has a lot of potential to add more puzzles like the end of level 2.
Oh a gravity puzzle :D
Great idea :D
Fun mechanic playing with gravity like that. Simple but enjoyable sprite art and good controls. Wish it was longer and that I could play level 3 as well :D Good job!
Enjoyed the game :)
Interesting mechanic like to see what other levels you make from it.
I died in lvl and level 3 door opened but didnt do anything? I then completed level 2 but door 3 still didnt do anything. Not sure whats happening there, but thats the joys of people being able to play test and find bugs. :)
There is only a draft of the third level, but I have not finished it.
That makes sense. I liked what I played so far :)
A fun idea! Well done.
Really fun! Although the portal to the third level didn't seem to work.
Really cool example of how simple mechanics can lead to some really interesting level designs. Had fun with it and would definitely play more levels
Great VVVVVV style gameplay for just 7 days! Was confused about the different blocks (hazard stripes vs solid colors vs grey) but managed my way through. Perhaps some particle effects or more distinct graphics would help make it more intuitive what the blocks do.
This is a really nice and original platformer! I sometimes get a bit disoriented cause of the different angles you play as but that is a skill issue from my side xD Gravity is a very fun mechanic to play with! The character is really cute aswell!
I really liked the gravity mechanic in this one. Walking on walls and having the controls shift with it makes the platforming feel fresh and interesting. It was a little confusing at first, but once I adjusted, it turned into a fun challenge with some clever level design.
It felt very nice and I enjoyed that the controls were remapped whenever you're on a different surface.
Only issues I came into was not being able to load into that 3rd portal and some of the spike hitboxes were bigger than the spikes but was a very enjoyable game otherwise!
A simple platform game where you play as a cat. I liked it!
One issue I had at the start of the game was the first time the gravity of the character changed and also the controls, it took me a while to figure it out the movement but after all it was only my skill issue.
I think the music fits well in the game also, and the visuals looked really adorable ^^ very cool game in general, congrats!
I should have made a good tutorial level. I thought it would be fun to learn the gravity mechanics, but I think at least explaining how the controls work was necessary. I'll definitely keep that in mind in the future.
Thanks for your attention to my game.
Pretty cool game, I like how even in the main menu uou can walk around, it's a nice little feature, the only issue I had was that I couldn't enter in the last level, even when I tried to reload the game, the last level still wouldn't load. But anyways, from what I have seen, the game looks pretty good, the artstyle is clean and the gameplay is pretty smooth. Well done!
Yes, I'm aware of the issue with the third level. It simply doesn't exist. Due to the errors I discovered, I had to make fixes that took an inordinate amount of time.
Thank you for your comment.
Games with gravity based gameplay can easily be confusing or annoying but you manage to do it pretty well. Good job
Thank you for playing my game.
Trippy little game :D Well done for making everything from scratch during the jam!
Jumping in platformers is an art that's quite tricky to get right, and I think it needed a bit more tweaking here to make it perfect. GMTK has some useful content on this - look up their Celeste video on YouTube and their Platformer Toolkit on itch.
I'll definitely fix this in the future. Regarding the video, unfortunately, I don't understand English well enough.
Thank you for your feedback.
