It's a nice base for a game, if you include some new mecanics it could be an amazing game some day, congrats on the entry!
I wanna be optimistic and think that you are at your first game dev experiences and decided to use AI as a tool for help. AI is great in helping you get started in something as difficult as game development, but I think it's really important that you use it for the right things. Code creation is great (if you are a beginner, you should still later learn how to code), but put more creative effort in it. The description of the game was clearly AI generated, and I fear the idea too (and if it is not, this is clearly the same as agar.io. Copying games is a good beginning, but maybe not for a game jam).
As someone else said, a comment about the game itself, is that it feels quite boring as the only thing you can do right now is grow big by eating the small circles, and not the other players. I would start the game with more ai players of different sizes to make it more dynamic.
Thank you for your response, I will invest more time in improving the game. Yes, i was trying to create a game that resembles Agar.io.
I had fun checking this out, I think you did an incredible job getting a system going where you're competing against others and can see the score at the top right. I did not love that I couldn't eat the other players and that I maxed out at a size of 95. In the end, I thought what you created was incredibly well done, but that I couldn't progress after a certain point and after that I felt like I was done playing it. Was I competing against other real players? Or did you set up computer for it? Either way, that aspect was implemented beautifully!
Thank you for your response, I will invest more time in improving the game. Yes, i had some code problems, the player was growing very fast and the body was passing the map, so i limited, but i will think in other way to resolve, and when i limited the limit the player stoped to eat others npcs, i dont know why, i need to see
That makes sense, keep me posted on everything, I would love to see the game updates when they are ready!
