Very short game and with awesome artwork!! Loved the 2D graphics with the 3D world space!! Short game but still fun. Wish that we could maybe parry or something to add bit more QTE gameplay to it. Still, awesome job!!

there is nothing compared to hand drawn graphics! love it, I love the simplicity! good hob cant wait to see what you will come up with next round

The dodging element of this was really fun. I really liked this one, well done!

Really love the game! Love the QT events! and how the levels flowed together!

I think I've seen all the levels, but oddly enough, the hardest one was the one with the penguins because the projectiles blend in with the snow 😄

Nice game!

Wow. I was nervous looking at the thumbnail art that this would be a low quality entry. I'm amazed at how in depth this simple bullet hell game is. The humor is absolutely top tier as well. I had to play through every combination just to make sure I saw everything there was to see. Great job, very clever stuff.

I liked how the floor tilted, it was cool that you added different areas too!

My only suggestion would be to add some type of shadow on the incoming projectiles, because it was a bit difficult to determine the distance of them.

Otherwise a very good job! :D

Having the QTEs decide your location was a nice touch! I liked all the Different locations and I was drawn to see what each decision eventually lead to Great Entry Great Job!:)

Fun mechanic and immediately understandable. I liked all the different levels except for the cold level which was a bit too much white on white for me. I think a different color or shading on the player or more distinguished outlines on the snowballs would be a big improvement. Nice game!

Thanks for the suggestion, will look into it

Really fun! Unique idea too! I love how a seemingly inconsequential question like "up or down" can either lead to you fighting for your life against a biblically accurate angel, or instantly teleport you into hell to verse against demons. Hilarious stuff.

i really enjoy your prompt take with a customizable level experience, perfect fit for the tournament thus far. i had to see all of your environments so i played for a good chunk of time, i had fun with the 2d/3d graphics mixture. those penguins were kinda tricky ngl. good job :)

I'm 90% sure I played every level twice and had a FANTASTIC time doing so.

I've always loved the mixing of 2D and 3D so the visuals work well.

The difficulty was fair. I wish there were some harder levels sprinkled in with one already held in the game but that's being more nitpicky than I should be.

Overall I really enjoyed this game. Great job!

Thanks a lot! I initially planned to make one final (and difficult) level where all themes / projectiles are mixed, but totally forgot 🤯

Played twice so I could see the hot and cold, nice work!

Looks like it defaults to hot if you don't pick anything (or maybe chooses randomly?)

I'd recommend game over only resetting the current stage instead of the whole game.

The branching paths reminded me of StarFox for N64.

Thank you! The default selection is basically always the left button (which is often the hotter level). Confirming one of the two buttons with the Space-Key isn't actually needed to change the level. Just selecting one is enough.

The story and graphics are both funny, I especially enjoyed those demons and penguins!

It's hard to even call them QTEs since they don't seem to affect much, even though there's a huge variety of visuals

Did not think there were any QTE in the game, but multifunctional in the way you kinda choose the next level yourself, was there.

Thanks for playing, the level selection is my take on a QTE
