I'm pretty sure I played this game from Round 1 so I'm glad you were able to expand on it! Loved that the stats updated based on what I picked out. Wish there were more clothing options though but that's just a personal preference lol. 

I didn't find any QTE's though? Perhaps I missed them? Oh and the sound of the paper shooting stopped randomly when I was walking around; didn't change gameplay or my rating but just thought I should mention it in case you wanted to fix that.

MFW I just killed a bunch of people by throwing paper at their faces and then fell in a lake and almost drowned and then I logged onto my computer and started rating games for GDKO 2026 round 2.

Great game! it was fun attacking the cult with newspapers! Were there supposed to be any QTE's or did I just not find them? Love the route you're taking with this though!

It took pretty long to kill the duddes, and I couldn't find any QTEs. Other than that, nice work!

I personally didn't notices the changes for stats when killing enemies. Maybe I'm not in the right spot? If that's the case, then there should be a lot more clarity on where you actually are in the world. Something as simple as a label above or below the score displaying the name of the section you're currently in. The enemies also only deal damage on touching you. So, if you parry, they'll become a human shield. 

That being said, I think the idea is pretty cool. A vampire survivors where it's not about exp, but where you kill the enemy? Great idea, I hope to see an update for this sometime!

I liked the top down perspective and combat, it reminded me a bit of Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead (CDDA) except in real-time.

There is definitely potential here, with a bit of work on the animation and effects this could be super addicting!

No QTE unless I'm missing something, but I loved my guy's pink flipflops, which I had a pair myself. You might have used an AudioStreamPlayer2D when you wanted an AudioStreamPlayer (or to set the 2D players position) because the sound of the paper trails off the further you get from the center it seems (unless thats intentional then please ignore me).

Thanks for the feedback! I rushed the audio and accidently forgot to attach it to the player mb. The QTE was supposed to be the parry mechanic

A fun shooter with the character customizations. Not much in the way of QTEs, though good job.

I found a place where the navgrid was broken so i could walk back and forth and the guys would never attack me LOL

And i also found it funny you could walk away from the sound reciever xD
