I was wondering if you could GM a campaign of The Island of Dr. Moreau where where you invite 5 people to your Island and turn them into anthropomorphic animals. I saw that nobody has made an actual play campaign out of this, so i was wondering if you can make the campaign an actual play too. Anyways, love the idea, and I support your work.
An Actual Play of the game would be fantastic and I think work really well, as IoDM campaigns don't tend to drag out super long. Unfortunately, I don't really have any channel for making/posting Actual Plays. I'm a designer so games I run are usually done for playtesting, not recorded. I'm also just kinda off social media cause they all suck.
For your options, there are a number of active and starting IoDM campaigns going on in the To Change discord if you were interested in joining a game yourself.
Alternatively, if there are any creators you enjoy who post/stream Actual Plays, please let me know, I'd be willing to reach out to them and see if they would be interested in using IoDM for their next game. It is very difficult for indie games to get Actual Plays cause most creators dedicated to that content only use well known systems. Plus One EXP used to do Actual Plays with me, but they've been learning more into OSR style games.
Hey, sorry for not responding to this sooner, I saw you deleted your post. Since I'd replied, there have been new developments and IoDM will be in a game showcase spot at a large upcoming convention in Seattle, and its been getting a lot of attention from a new video review of the game. I am hoping to turn that into more publicity before approaching those networks, so I have not reached out yet. I do know of at least one youtuber who is planning an indie AP series for IoDM soon.
