Very ambitious game to make in 2 weeks, really impressive work. GG

Developer

Yay! Thanks a lot for playing and your kind words :D

I love the concept! It was a good simulation of playing god. A well done game!

Developer(+1)

Yay! thanks for playing! glad you enjoyed it :D

Cool god sim, I feel like I needed more context and I wasn't really sure how to do stuff outside of my sphere of influence. I saw the people coming from the other temple but my spells didn't seem very effective against them. would be cool to see this expanded and polished!

Developer

thanks for playing!! I had to cut everything short and gamed suffered sorry :D , spells not balanced and tutorial not clear, but I'm glad at least the idea of the game translates hehe

One second I was upgrading a thing and shooting fireballs at rocks, the next second my town was COVERED IN CORPSES! BLOOD EVERYWHERE! WHAT HAPPENED? I'm so confused! I kinda love it, though.... Great job!

Developer(+1)

playing with fire is dangerous! you probably killed your people? :D
I guess it needs better feedback on what's happening, or if your under attack

thanks for playing ad commenting  :)

Oh shoot! I didn't realize people were attacking me haha. I'm sure that's what happened. Sorry, I haven't played an RTS game in years, so I probably didn't notice the violence happening around me.

DISRESPECT YOUR SURROUNDINGS!!!

The game feels broken and incomplete, but it was fun to watch people die

Developer

it is :D thanks for playing

I pressed play on the game.

I thought the dialogue and initial tutorial were really cool.

I saw that it was possible to pick up the stone, I dropped it on a villager, and he died.

I massacred an entire village.

GOTY.

I found it incredible what was done in such a short time, excellent idea, it even made me miss playing Age of Empires. I presume it only needs polishing and additions to further enrich the game, but it really is a great idea, please continue developing it.

Developer(+1)

:D fun part of having power is to miss use it ! hahaha
I been encouraged to continue the idea ,  I think ill start it fresh though!
thanks a lot for playing, glad you liked it !:)

I'm a huge AoE II fan so I love what you were going for, I do think it needed more time/polish, but that's the hazards of game jams haha. It's amazing you were able to get this much done in such a short time though.

Developer(+1)

indeed I needed more time! was a bit too ambitious! thanks a lot for playing, and glad the idea at least is clear hehe

Very ambitious game to try to make in just two weeks. I had lots of usability issues, but really impressed with what you managed to accomplish in the limited time.

Developer

Thanks for playing! I built it in 1 week and spent the other trying to make it work! , was not time enough hehe, but I do apprciate that you catch the intention :)

Really liked the art in the game! But I couldn't ever grab any people and didn't really know where to place them. I am a huge Black and White fan, so I would love to see more of this!

Developer

Ow thats sad! It does not work on mobil, and I think cursor can get bugged somehow.

I'm tempted to try the idea again , as I did had a lot of B&W nostalgia doing it,  thanks for feedback

I think if the performance was good here this would be one of my favorite games of the jam... reminds me of populous and black and white games from back in past days of PC gaming, seems like an impressive ton of systems. But when you have tons of trees, too hi poly models etc, ai controlling many characters etc it's very hard to scalably get the performance to go well for a jam even a 2 week one. But this is super inspiring for me as someone who wants to make an RTS with Bezi sometime so you have my support there.

Developer(+1)

Hey! thanks a lot for your feedback!
Absolutely inspired in black & white hehehe, glad you got to play it , and yes, sorry , performance is very bad! I think my AI is too complicated and does very little :D

I like your take on the theme. you did a really good job with some of the smaller details, like the blood stains and time control feature, but I think the actual gameplay could use some more polish. I left the game running for quite a while just to see what would happen and it eventually just lagged out. But overall, good work!

I'd appreciate if you could play/rate my game as well! :)

Developer

Hey Thanks for playing , and sorry for performance hehe, It does get unplayable!
Noted: Too many systems, very few gameplay :')

Might be my computer, but I had trouble getting this to run smoothly. Seemed like an interesting game though! There's an impressive amount here given the limited time. I feel like the game is missing some visual consistency. Some assets looked higher quality than others. I like the concept and sound design though! Good work.

Developer

Not your computer, game totally un optimized
your right, 3d assets are not consistent! will try to keep that on mind for next one ! thanks for giving it a shot

i think its not bad, kinda interesting, but few things to change, font is unreadable, and ai models is bad, i think next time you would make it better, good job!

Developer(+1)

yeah models never made it out of placeholders , and in web they look terrible heheh
thanks for the Font feedback though!!, have not heard that before, and I've used it for a while, I'll change my Aztec font from now on hehe
