I have made a character for a Qiu and Tamarack Poly route (I have other characters for different routes too, but they're still in the works)

This is Shù Herbst! (Step 1 specifically)
She's of German and Chinese decent (70-75% German and 20-25% Chinese). They're intersex and go by any pronouns without any preference, and they used to live far away from Golden Grove.
In this scenario/timeline, Opal is 50% German and 50% Chinese and had her mother (Shu's Grandma) name Shu.
(The donor is mostly/all German and that possible 10-1% is something unknown)
Before living in Golden Grove, Shù was always a nervous child. It didn't help that the other children picked on him for her strange hair and eye color. Although the other children didn't mean to take it so far, an accident happened where Shù had gotten hurt around their neck (I'm not sure what the accident is yet).
This led to the scar on their neck, and he's very insecure about it so she wears scarves or anything that can cover it up. The accident also led to them being unable to speak due to physical (and a little bit of mental) trauma.
I like to think that she's going through a therapy between the moments, so I believe that around the beginning of Step 2, he can form small sentences but it still hurts a bit. Oh-! And he wears glasses in step 2-3.
She's deferring, unassuming, and admiring for both Qiu and Tamarack.
His name: Shù (树), I believe is 'tree' in Chinese and Herbst is the German word for 'Autumn'.
(Sorry if some of these things aren't accurate or if they seem kinda weird(?), I'm still fiddling with their backstory and the other ones I'm making)
That's OK! The demo should have saved your persistent data in a separate folder, so even if you have to download it fresh, your saves should be kept. Is there an issue with the download itself we can potentially help you with?

In honesty, my family and I never really celebrated Halloween. If my memory serves me right, I wanted to dress up at Jack Skellington at one point, but my parents said no, so honoring that little wish, I drew Dot in it! (She's wearing facepaint :3)

This week took a toll in me bc of college but drawing Timmy has been a comfort for me. Hope everyone gets a good weekend soon. <3 Also forgot to mention that I change my username earlier! Still the same creator for Timothy.
Timmy does crochet some sheep plushies in his free time or plans to give them as a gift. So he spent a long night trying to perfect his gifts for Tam and Qiu <3

Me too, now its got me thinking how they would all interact with each other? Honestly, i don't know much about Kanra but she seems like the "cat" personality type, if that makes sense. Amelia is more like an owl. (In step 2, in step 1 unfortunately there's no chance, unless you want to deal with a stuck-up girl who hates every kid (Apologies on the behalf of my child T_T)) So if they were ever to stumble upon each other, it would most likely be on a group project or a club they have in common. Whether they got along or not would mostly depend on the social circles they're in. (Popular, loner, sporty, smart, etc.) For Amelia to first notice someone, the #1 thing is that they don't know about her past of being a straight bully, or perhaps they did but seemingly forgave and approached her first. #2 would be if they were just pure loners like Amelia is, someone with little to no friends who the school despises. Amelia wouldn't reach out to them, but she could feel a sort of passing understanding between them both. #3 would be if Amelia were to ever tutor one of them, she'd be a little stricter though as she takes studying VERY seriously and would behave more like a teacher/mom than a schoolmate. The rest would consist of smartness and competitions. Spelling bee's, test marks, school grades. Like a sort of friendship-rivalry. Unfortunately beyond that, Amelia's more quiet in terms of reaching out <:)
oh wait! after reading this, amelia kind of reminds me SM of one of my mcs, jaehwa, lol 😮
jaehwa's also kind of a "mean"-ish, "quiet"-ish person (except for the fact jaehwa is actually kinda mean 💔💔) who ALSO ALSO really has a bad personality in step 1.. and also really cares about grades and the ppl around them lol
so far, amelia seems like a rlly smart person to me, seeing that she even TUTORS others lol. jaehwa has a tendency to be.. really aloof and sometimes rude to a lot of ppl -- but that attitude flies STRAIGHT out the window if shes in the presence of "someone who deserves her respect"...
... which, in short, is the very tiny list of people she views as "smart" and "worthy" 😭😭 .. ON WHICH AMELIA IS DEFINITELY, 100% ON ‼️‼️ (jaehwa really likes amelia trust)
omg then that is great! I feel like Amelia would be super surprised at how similar she is to jaehwa (In the terms of how aloof both of them are to the crowds) Amelia would probably observe Jaehwa from a far as she is too embarrassed to try and talk to new people, but she would definitely understand how it feels to be the way she is. If they were ever to meet, since Jaehwa seems to be keen on good grades, they would probably get paired alot to volunteer around the school. From then they may even start a friendship :) That would be so cool!

All steps finished! Introducing my OC Ms. Amelia Wood! :] (Long description, sorry)
If there were to be a character closest to resemble Amelia’s personality as a child, that would be Hermione Granger! –well, more like if Hermione had a distaste for the kids around her surroundings, and TRULY could not stand her mother.
Amelia starts off as a morally grey character at the beginning of step 1, Someone who took moving away more hard than her mommy could have expected, which atlas results to her lashing out on any kid who tries to get too close. Amelia has lost all her previous friends from San Francisco, and refuses to make any new ones until they move back. Being a 10-year-old girl proves to be an obstacle as she has no phone or ways to communicate with them. Her mommy lets her facetime them from time to time, but as the months pass by, the calls came less and less. Safe to say, Amelia had always blamed mommy for their departure, even more so as mommy doesn’t spend much time with her as she used to.
Amelia was never intending to become friends with Qiu nor Tamarack. She found Qiu as nothing else but nosy and smug, and Tamarack as a giant troublemaker. Though Amelia can show obvious annoyance towards kids her age, she always acts well-mannered to the adults as thats what “proper ladies” are supposed to do. She hates messes, and hates anyone who breaks the rules. Amelia is very big on her studies, not because she feels obligated to, but because she enjoys coming in on #1 place. She is very competitive when it comes to clubs, marks, and class. She loves the satisfaction of being able to feel superior than everyone, being the intellectual child in school.
Amelia can be considered a bossy girl, total know-it-all, and very mean in general. She would be the type to stick her tongue out at other kids, roll her eyes, and be very blunt. Previously, she used to be this way towards Qiu and Tamarack, but for some reason, they never seem to deter from her, in-fact, they kept on persisting her. Never moving away.
Amelia eventually became best friends with Tamarack, Tamarack proving to be someone who was always there to stand by her side, spend time with her, and defend her, even when she didn’t ask for it. Amelia grew a strong sense of protection for Tamarack, and a feeling of regret after treating her the way she did. They grew a sisterly bond between the two that would never diminish.
As for Qiu, though Amelia refused to admit it to herself throughout all of step 1, she had a secret crush on him. Ever since she fell at the park, Qiu coming to her aid, and that look in his eyes, in that moment, Amelia had never felt this way towards anyone. Her crush though, was never once spoken of or known as she didn’t want to feel this way towards such a knucklehead. She disliked that part of herself, so she would intentionally try to separate herself from Qiu.
Eventually step 2 came around, Amelia was now 14 years old. She had matured into a more proper and reserved young girl. (though still a bit uptight sometimes) A total 180 of her former-self. Unfortunately, though things fade away with time, Amelia’s reputation didn’t. She was still known for the mean and dreadful person she was all those years ago, making her an outcast of the school. Amelia came to grow insecure, desperate to remove herself from her past self but still coming to no avail. She is still friends with Tamarack and Qiu, though she couldn’t miss a sad gleam in both of their eyes. One she used to have back then of a clear change.
Her closeness with Tamarack remained the same, though that couldn’t be said for Qiu. Amelia had never once lost the feelings she had for them. Though they were still friends, they barely talked to each other anymore. Amelia made no plans to ever express her affections for Qiu, not because she was scared about how they would react, but because she believed to herself that her chances were already gone after the way she treated them. In the end, all Amelia can do is be defensive towards Qiu, trying to mask her fear of rejection, as she helplessly watches Golden Grove’s most beloved person be swept away by the crowds and from her grasp.
That is all for step 2 as i don’t know much about what will happen. (same for step 3) Amelia will get redeemed though. :)
Random description: This is the phase where Lauren holds resentment with her looks because she doesn't look like her mom AT ALL!! sadly. Especially her only one colored purple eye that she soon will cover with cranberry colored eye contacts in the future just to have something she really has in common with her Mother, Opal.
Fun fact: she writes letters and stuck them inside jars, the contents of the letters are purely just to let things out from her mind—She still has it as she grew up. Pretty sure 50% of people in the town was already in that jar...
Even at the young age, she'd be hitting those heels.
(This is my 4thtime trying to replicate the art style but I can see that it doesn't look like it at all, especially the eyes. I might finish a mini portfolio using this art style to start a commission someday 🤣)
She's so cute! Also, a fellow writer like my OC Hazel! Instead of a jar, she carries around a journaling book of all her stories (that she refuses to share despite her mom saying her stories are good).
I tried to see how tall Timothy would be, he should be around Darren and Baxter's heights. (Curse perspective for making Timmy more taller >:,D). Also an attempt to replicate the art style of the game <3 sending my admiration to the artists working on it! Featuring a bit more info about Timmy <3
This transported me back to my childhood and turned stomach-churning chronic stress into carefree awe and warmth!! I actually can't thank y'all enough!! Hello-hello! I have been busy with work lately so i didn't have much energy to draw but have some of this doodle that i have made! I drew my Mc, Tamarack, Qiu and Baxter! If you're asking where is dar(ren) is, im gonna be honest that I didn't feel like drawing him lol

Personality depicted from the game: Quiet, Polite, Rule following, Casual/surly.
Personality By lore: Quiet, Polite, Rule following, Brutally Honest, Surly.
Random description: Lauren did grow up, but, did she really grow up? of course she did, but she's still a broody moody—Quite unapproachable but she makes exceptions. Well, she's still not fond of Golden Grove that's for sure, and she still hasn't grown on her "Forests are dirty and icky, I'd rather be bored inside than be outside on the dirt."
Her fashion sense is quite obvious, a little old fashioned, she likes being elegant that's for sure, and her surroundings and environment won't stop her for being stylish and wearing heels, no way.
Does she still hate her eyes? Not quite, just not fond of it again. What about her neighbors? She's just fond of them, they're the only ones she excluded from "I hate everything about this town."
Her goal is still the same: Get excellent grades, get a scholarship then finally leave this town. Very simple if she doesn't have those two very close "neighbors"

Amelia would probably observe Jaehwa from a far as she is too embarrassed to try and talk to new people, but she would definitely understand how it feels to be the way she is.
If they were ever to meet, since Jaehwa seems to be keen on good grades, they would probably get paired alot to volunteer around the school. From then they may even start a friendship :) That would be so cool!

If there were to be a character closest to resemble Amelia’s personality as a child, that would be Hermione Granger! –well, more like if Hermione had a distaste for the kids around her surroundings, and TRULY could not stand her mother.
Amelia starts off as a morally grey character at the beginning of step 1, Someone who took moving away more hard than her mommy could have expected, which atlas results to her lashing out on any kid who tries to get too close. Amelia has lost all her previous friends from San Francisco, and refuses to make any new ones until they move back. Being a 10-year-old girl proves to be an obstacle as she has no phone or ways to communicate with them. Her mommy lets her facetime them from time to time, but as the months pass by, the calls came less and less. Safe to say, Amelia had always blamed mommy for their departure, even more so as mommy doesn’t spend much time with her as she used to.
Amelia was never intending to become friends with Qiu nor Tamarack. She found Qiu as nothing else but nosy and smug, and Tamarack as a giant troublemaker. Though Amelia can show obvious annoyance towards kids her age, she always acts well-mannered to the adults as thats what “proper ladies” are supposed to do. She hates messes, and hates anyone who breaks the rules. Amelia is very big on her studies, not because she feels obligated to, but because she enjoys coming in on #1 place. She is very competitive when it comes to clubs, marks, and class. She loves the satisfaction of being able to feel superior than everyone, being the intellectual child in school.
Amelia can be considered a bossy girl, total know-it-all, and very mean in general. She would be the type to stick her tongue out at other kids, roll her eyes, and be very blunt. Previously, she used to be this way towards Qiu and Tamarack, but for some reason, they never seem to deter from her, in-fact, they kept on persisting her. Never moving away.
Amelia eventually became best friends with Tamarack, Tamarack proving to be someone who was always there to stand by her side, spend time with her, and defend her, even when she didn’t ask for it. Amelia grew a strong sense of protection for Tamarack, and a feeling of regret after treating her the way she did. They grew a sisterly bond between the two that would never diminish.
As for Qiu, though Amelia refused to admit it to herself throughout all of step 1, she had a secret crush on him. Ever since she fell at the park, Qiu coming to her aid, and that look in his eyes, in that moment, Amelia had never felt this way towards anyone. Her crush though, was never once spoken of or known as she didn’t want to feel this way towards such a knucklehead. She disliked that part of herself, so she would intentionally try to separate herself from Qiu.
Eventually step 2 came around, Amelia was now 14 years old. She had matured into a more proper and reserved young girl. (though still a bit uptight sometimes) A total 180 of her former-self. Unfortunately, though things fade away with time, Amelia’s reputation didn’t. She was still known for the mean and dreadful person she was all those years ago, making her an outcast of the school.
Amelia came to grow insecure, desperate to remove herself from her past self but still coming to no avail. She is still friends with Tamarack and Qiu, though she couldn’t miss a sad gleam in both of their eyes. One she used to have back then of a clear change.
Her closeness with Tamarack remained the same, though that couldn’t be said for Qiu. Amelia had never once lost the feelings she had for them. Though they were still friends, they barely talked to each other anymore. Amelia made no plans to ever express her affections for Qiu, not because she was scared about how they would react, but because she believed to herself that her chances were already gone after the way she treated them. In the end, all Amelia can do is be defensive towards Qiu, trying to mask her fear of rejection, as she helplessly watches Golden Grove’s most beloved person be swept away by the crowds and from her grasp.
That is all for step 2 as i don’t know much about what will happen. (same for step 3) Amelia will get redeemed though. :)

Especially her only one colored purple eye that she soon will cover with cranberry colored eye contacts in the future just to have something she really has in common with her Mother, Opal.
Fun fact: she writes letters and stuck them inside jars, the contents of the letters are purely just to let things out from her mind—She still has it as she grew up. Pretty sure 50% of people in the town was already in that jar...
Even at the young age, she'd be hitting those heels.
(This is my 4thtime trying to replicate the art style but I can see that it doesn't look like it at all, especially the eyes. I might finish a mini portfolio using this art style to start a commission someday 🤣)

Random description: Lauren did grow up, but, did she really grow up? of course she did, but she's still a broody moody—Quite unapproachable but she makes exceptions. Well, she's still not fond of Golden Grove that's for sure, and she still hasn't grown on her "Forests are dirty and icky, I'd rather be bored inside than be outside on the dirt."
Her fashion sense is quite obvious, a little old fashioned, she likes being elegant that's for sure, and her surroundings and environment won't stop her for being stylish and wearing heels, no way.
Does she still hate her eyes? Not quite, just not fond of it again. What about her neighbors? She's just fond of them, they're the only ones she excluded from "I hate everything about this town."
