Took me a while to understand how to play but once I did I really enjoyed it! I liked strategizing around how the needle moved and setting up cards to combo into each other.
Hello. I enjoyed you game a lot. was surprised by how interesting the cards being on a loop made the game. Coolest part for me was using a reverse to replay your cards. Just wondering if it was intentional that I could not pick my card up until the enemy put there cards down. Congrats on submitting!
Hii, thanks for playing the game. That was an intentional game design decision so you can play your cards based on what the enemy played.
A very cool take on the theme. I feel like it could’ve been explained a little better, and it could’ve had more variety, but besides that, it’s very interesting.
Loved it , interesting take on theme
Interessting take on the theme, really enjoyed my time with it
Very fun and well balanced strategy game.
Similar to the game we made for this jam.
As others have said took a while to get to grips with the mechanics; but once I had I really enjoyed it!
Nice unique concept, brilliant execution of the theme. Good work :)
Wow, the core concept is surprisingly similar to what we did, although the execution is very different. I enjoyed playing your game, good job!
What a weird, cool game! I had a lot of fun with it, honestly! Really interesting interpretation of the theme.
I could easily see this being expanded, with more synergies between the cards and more cool stuff to do with the clock!
If you wanted it to fit the theme a bit more, you could have less slots in the clock and have the hand run multiple trips around each turn. Or maybe it could even continuously move, and it'd become a real-time strategy game!
Something about chaining 6 Healers back-to-back is so satisfying. Could polish into a full fledged game imo
very creative game, enjoyed it quite a bit after understanding it. I don't fully understand when the turn ends but a part from that I don't really have much to say. solid game
The game really have some UI design problems, some informations are not very clear for the player, like who's turn is it, or when the pointer will stop rotating, etc. Definetely something I would prioritize enhancing if I was to work on this game after the jam.
But I'm happy you enjoyed playing it!! 😁
time to dethrone Hearthstone with this banger.
Really cute!! It was easy to learn what the cards did after a few rounds and it was fun! The little characters are so cute hehe
Amazing game with incredible strategic depth! This is such a unique and fun idea, once I understood it, it was incredibly satisfying to start planning and setting up cool chains of moves. The sound design is also good.
My only critique is that your game has a drastic lack of visual polish (which isn't the biggest issue, as it didn't hinder how fun it was), and please, let the player go first.
Very fun game, I spent more time playing it than I have any other jam game so far!
It took a couple games for me to fully understand this, but what a really cool set up for a card battler! I'm a huge fan of roguelike deckbuilders, and I thought I'd just about seen it all, but the round-table setup makes for some really interesting position-based strategies.
A full-release game with this as its central battle mechanic could be a real winner. Awesome stuff so far!
I won!
Interesting mechanic, would love to see it become more clock like with 'rewind' cards or 'skip time cards'.
Awesome game very unique and once I got the hang of it, it was very fun
