How does your game fit the theme?
Story starts off like this: The Time Wizard from a different dimension cursed a wild, mischievous snail named S-Neil. “If you ever stop! you’ll be dragged back to an anchor point in space." The game follows S-Neil, a cursed snail, who is trapped in a loop, constantly running, never resting. He must collect the same ingredients from the same place again. The gameplay and story both reflect the idea of a loop that the player must eventually break.

The movement in this game is really fun! I think adding some parallax effects on the backgrounds could be really cool too.

Very cool concept, but I wasn't able to finish the game because it repeatedly wouldn't switch to next level after I've collected the ingredient. Will be looking to playing a patched and a more polished version after the jam.

The best thing the game is the actual game mechanic very creative yet very simple! Good work!

Really cool game, I can see how this mechanic could really be used at a larger scale, the shell to rest and think is a good addition. The lack of tutorial for shell jumps and other thing is unfortunate but I figured it out ! Nice work for jam overall !!!

Fun platformer, I love the silhouettes and it was very atmospheric, having to constantly move was interesting and made it feel very active!

This was a fun game to play and very creative with the jam, I liked the Sound effect, wish there were more

HEY! Thanks!!!

Gonna be honest, I almost gave up on the third level... BUUUUT I discovered the shell jump and OH BOY, the game became 1000% more enjoyable! :D
I loved this momentum-based mechanic, and I can already see speedruns being made for this game.
You should’ve included a tutorial for this mechanic though.
So yeah, overall, the game is pretty fun and has some really clever puzzles in it.
Good job! :D

I love the simplified color scheme you chose for this game, it really fits a short jam like this.  This is a really fun concept and your character feels good to control!  You've got good jump buffering which is important since if you stop moving you have to reset.  Jumping with the shell feels really satisfying once you get the hang of it too!

Two pieces of feedback: I wish the shell jump had been taught in game.  I spent a long time trying to get past the laser in the third level and I only got past because I read another comment about the shell jump.  I'd also suggest since the main mechanic is you can't stop moving consider having the player character always be moving and the A and D keys change direction since you have a dedicated button to standing still.  My hand got a little tired being force to hold down the movement key or need to restart the whole level.
Awesome job!

Great game, nice idea and execution !

I like this idea a lot and it was pretty satisfying to solve the puzzles. My main critique is that the levels felt too big. I think this game could be condensed down quite significantly without sacrificing what makes the game fun. My full thoughts are in the VOD here. Thanks for submitting to the stream!
