How does your game fit the theme?
You live on the combination of the two most famous loops: Ouroboros and the Mobius strip. Endlessly run the hellscape as many times as you can.

The setting is fire! :D If I could change something, it'd be the sound effect for taking damage. It sounds like a rubber toy being squeezed, haha. And, lastly, maybe I'd make it so there are no distinct lanes on the track, but rather free movement.
Great job overall!
The overall theme is super cool and interesting, gameplay is fun and simple. I do feel as though some UI for things like health, current distance, and cooldown on teleport could be added. Its also very hard to react when on the outer ring as the game speeds up as enemies come into view and must be dodged instantly, and on the inside ring the floating laser creatures can also conceal enemies until they're right in front of you. Just some nitpicks but overall a fun game with an awesome vibe
I like the grungy spider flesh aesthetic, really unique in that aspect! I enjoyed the gameplay but I think I would have liked to have some kind of UI showing me the cooldown of my side switch ability, or some other visual indicator like a glow on the player character. I'm also not a fan of the damage sound when the player character gets hit, something more dark or fitting for the tone you have would be nicer.
Am I correct to assume that the giant centipede is your creation? as it is not listed in the attributions, if yes it looks crazy good. The atmosphere in this game is very nice, good job!
Definitely wanted to add a phase cooldown indicator, but we didn’t quite get around to it sadly. The damage sound, I agree, is a bit out of place. The centipede is a unique model! The shell and legs were made as modular pieces in Blender, and then fit together along the curve in Godot. Thanks for the feedback, and I appreciate you playing!
I really engaged with the game vibe. nice job
Really enjoyed this one, I'm a big fan of this visual style and I think you did it very well! I also liked the game's music and the creepy setting. And very nice menu with clean UI! Though I would had turned up the roughness of the materials on the caterpillar, but that might just be my personal taste. Good job!
The menu felt really polished, I like how I was able to swap the controls. The automatic windowed full screen leaves a gap on the bottom because I have auto hide taskbar enabled, but I fixed it by swapping to fullscreen.
The aesthetic of the menu, the game, the music, was excellent and blended super well together! The only thing out of place was the sound made when you get hit, which was pretty funny. Really liked the way it loops around swapping from the inside to the outside, very creative.
I kept trying to get back to the inner side since you can't see ahead on the outer side, which I guess was on purpose. I've died a few silly deaths thinking I could move to the left when I was already by the edge and getting hit by the laser guy after a phase.
Amazing work! Feels super complete for a game jam!
A simple but entertaining take on the loop theme, and the style makes it even better
Simple but addictive! I like how the limited visibility on the outside makes it more dangerous, so you don't always want to phase right away. The visuals and colors are amazing, I only wish there was some visual indicator to whether or not you were able to phase. Overall big fan!
Visual indicator for a phase cooldown was definitely on the list, but couldn't quite get around to it. Glad you noticed the gameplay differences between the two sides, thanks for checking it out!
Cool, it's entertaining
The visuals are sooo sick! The creature design is great and the overall aesthetic is immaculate. I really like that you can go to the opposite side of the track instead of jumping over obstacles like most endless runs do.. Since you can't see what's on the other side (or sometimes what is too far ahead due to the circular shape of the track), I found myself tensely deciding whether it was worth trying to dodge or spin to the other side. Well done!
i appreciate it! leaned pretty heavily into the hellish atmosphere. thanks for checking it out :)
web version kept crashing so I download it and it was way better! Love the art style and the game is quite fun and addictive!
yeah the web version isnt as optimized as it should be sadly :( thanks for downloading, glad you had fun!
Wow, the artwork is breathtaking. An easy five out of five for artwork. The gameplay is pretty fun too. Very snappy and resposive. Overall great work!
The atmosphere totally gets me, the gameplay doesn't get along the way. It's simple but with interesting idea: you don't have the same visibility on both side or difficulty.
I enjoy a lot !
This game has a sick aesthetic! Very well done for the time we were given, simple but very fun loop!
I didn't expect that Ouroboros model at all, it's totally awesome, it's reminds me to angels of Evangelion.
Still on my list of classics I haven’t watched… now I’ve got another reason to check it out to see the influence!
Ok now thats cool af
This was refreshing to see, having gone through many games on here. I gotta be honest, I didn't look at the screenshots at first and it kind of startled me at the start lol. But it's a complete game and the presentation is very nice. Well done!
Really cool side-switch mechanic with the spacebar — feels super smooth! The atmosphere is top-notch for an endless runner. I'd totally play this on my phone
runner game but artwork so amazing it made me surprised on first try.
If possible, can you please vote my game and leave a comment too?
