Very cool idea I enjoyed playing it a lot!
Really clever and fun idea - on the one hand puzzle game where you need to come up with a solution but on the other skill-based platformer where you need to execute it perfectly with a very limited time. Nice job! :D
Haha, a lot of people in this game jam used this clever idea. Fun to play, and a really good game.
Genuinely an insanely cool take on the theme with top-notch level design. It was very difficult for me to visualize how each level should be beaten but that doesn't make the game bad.
I do genuinely like the minimalist art as-is since it helps make things easier to visualize, but it could use some slight polish like screenshake and particle effects.
What an astounding little game!
very very good! nice game! :D
A very clever puzzle game! Very elegantly designed, with the minimum of mechanics to make interesting puzzles. I think the art is lagging behind a bit, but level design was top-notch.
Thanks for playing! If I continue working on it, visuals are in dire need of change. Problem is, I don't know what I want it to look like yet
Simple but catchy! I loved it! Great take on the theme too! I really appreciated the way all the important things were colorful. Nice job making it intuitive but not too easy! 5 stars! Great work!
Also I'd appreciate feedback on my submission if you get a chance!
Thanks for playing!
This is a really creative and cool concept! It was a lot of fun to play :)
I'm glad you liked it!
I really liked the puzzles. The simple look honestly made the focus of the puzzles stand out more in my opinion. I loved the rewind. It really helped in knowing exactly when you can start your next loop. This was real neat. Great job!
Thank you! My art is pretty horrible so I tried going for a clean and simple look rather than having a confusing mess, especially because it gave me more time to create interesting puzzles
I like the puzzle designs, a lot of them require some thought, but I did not like the mechanic where you need to move/jump without knowing where you will with your past self. but good job on the game.
Thanks for playing! I did try and make that mechanic in such a way that it didn't feel fiddly or require exact timings but could still probably do with some work to further refine it to make it feel even smoother
The start game button did not work in the browser unfortunately :(
Here is the video of the problem.

Then I found out that you have a windows build which ran fine. Interesting concept. I didn't like the sounds too much, they got annoying fast :(
It is still possible to navigate the menu using wasd or arrow keys + enter on the web version. Something broke when I made it a web version with the mouse so I just disabled it completely, rather than having something buggy that kinda worked and kinda didn't
It's a super cool game, I really like the reverse effect when you lose a life.
Thank you! It's simple but effective I feel
Some great puzzle design in here, might be nice to add a way to skip to the end of the timer for less down time, but great job!
If you don't mind, please consider rating my game as well :)
I'm glad you liked it! I will definitely add a skip button if I work on this more in the future
A lot of game are like this in the jam yet your puzzles are much better! Not too hard or easy, always learning something new about the mechanic each level. Good Stuff!
I'm glad you enjoyed the puzzles! I spent a while making sure they were actually fun and satisfying
This is a very well executed corpse based puzzle platformer! I was shocked at the sheer amount of levels, and at how genuinely smart the puzzle design was. The puzzles really require you to think ahead, and there were a few really cool instances of the puzzle dynamic COMPLETELY changing depending on which flag the player was supposed to hit, which I just found incredibly clever. The presentation did not hold back the sheer quality of the level design here whatsoever, this is fantastic work!
Thanks for playing! I'm glad you thought so highly of it. I was actually originally aiming for more levels but decided to just have a smaller number of higher quality levels. The different coloured flags was certainly something I luckily stumbled upon which happened to work really nicely. Out of curiosity, what level did you make it to?
Another corpse game. Great job with this one, it is probably the best execution of a corpse game I have run into so far. The puzzles take the focus here, which is a nice refresher from most of the others I have played having a larger focus on platforming. I do wish there was a button to end the cycle and assume no input for the rest of the time, though, because there are some levels where you have to spend 10-20 seconds just waiting for the timer run out over the course of the level. I loved the level design, though!
I'm glad you enjoyed it! I was thinking about adding a button to end a cycle faster but didn't get round to it even though I probably could have done it in 5-10 minutes (or break my whole game trying. One or the other but no inbetween)
not quite sure what this has to do with the butterfly effect but i love it! simple and effective gameplay!
Yeah I guess it doesn't quite fit the definition of the butterfly effect but it was meant to be along the lines of the flow on effects of your decisions. Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for playing! I'll have to give yours a go because I like seeing how so many have done this concept slightly differently
I really enjoyed this game
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it
