We are pleased to announce that ASUS has taken a licence to the patents offered through our Wi-Fi Multimode pool. The deal resolves litigation between ASUS and pool licensors Huawei, Philips and Wilus. The company joins Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Huawei, Panasonic, Philips, Sony Group Corporation and ZTE as a licensee of the programme. All the patent owners in the Sisvel Wi-Fi Multimode pool are firmly committed to protecting their respective IP. They also participate in the programme because they strongly believe in its ability to offer transparent, efficient licensing options that power innovation. The agreement with ASUS is another validation of that conviction. Further information here: https://lnkd.in/dYUnkfAd #WePowerInnovation

We are delighted and proud to announce that our founder Roberto Dini has been inducted into the IAM IP Hall of Fame as the winner of the 2026 Q Todd Dickinson Award for outstanding contribution to the IP business ecosystem. Mr Dini founded Sisvel in Turin in 1982 and built it into Europe's biggest patent pool operator, developing a number of hugely successful programmes that have generated billions of dollars in royalty revenues, most of which have been returned to Sisvel licensors to reinvest in further R&D: the Sisvel “Inventive Loop” in action. You can read more about his achievements here: https://lnkd.in/dDeDB4N4 Responding to the news of his induction, Mr Dini said: “I am deeply honoured by this recognition and to be the recipient of the Q. Todd Dickinson Award. Sharing a place in the IP Hall of Fame with so many people whose achievements I have long admired is deeply humbling. When I look at those names and think of mine beside them, it is an incredible feeling. I'd like to thank the Academy members for selecting me and, most especially, everyone at Sisvel - past and present - who have worked so hard to make the company what it is today. It's come a long way since I began it in Turin in 1982. It would not have done so without them.” Many congratulations to Mr Dini, who will be officially inducted at IPBC Global in San Diego this June.
