Denver Nuggets
Denver Nuggets er körfuknattleikslið frá borginni Denver sem spilar í NBA-deildinni. Liðið var stofnað sem Denver Larks árið 1967 en breytti nafni sínu í Denver Rockets fyrir fyrsta tímabil sitt í ABA-deildinni. Liðið lék til úrslita í ABA á síðasta tímabili deildarinnar en laut í lægra haldi fyrir New York Nets. Við sameiningu ABA og NBA árið 1976 fluttist Nuggets yfir í NBA-deildina.[10]

Árið 2023 komust Nuggets fyrst í úrslit NBA deilarinnar þar sem liðið lagði Miami Heat að velli og vann sinn fyrsta meistaratitil. Bestu leikmenn Nuggets það árið voru Serbinn Nikola Jokić og Kanadamaðurinn Jamal Murray.[11][12]
Sex leikmenn hafa fengið treyju sýna hengda upp í rjáfur á heimavelli Nuggets en það eru þeir Alex English, Fat Lever, David Thompson, Byron Beck, Dan Issel og Dikembe Mutombo ásamt þjálfaranum Doug Moe.[13] Meðal annarra þekktra leikmanna í sögu liðsins má nefna Carmelo Anthony og Allen Iverson.[14]
