    Instalé estas luces LED con la expectativa de obtener una iluminación RGB completa, pero el producto tiene un fallo tan evidente que lo hace prácticamente inútil: el canal azul está defectuoso. Cuando selecciono colores que NO llevan azul, como rojo, amarillo o naranja, todo funciona perfectamente. Sin embargo, en cuanto el color requiere azul —azul puro, morado, cian, tonos fríos, combinaciones RGB, etc.— la tira se vuelve un desastre.

    El resultado es completamente inaceptable:

    • Zonas que deberían iluminar azul quedan apagadas o muy débiles.

    • Otros segmentos cambian a verde o a tonos aleatorios, rompiendo cualquier consistencia.

    • Los colores mezclados salen distorsionados, imposibles de usar.

    Esto demuestra un defecto técnico interno, ya sea en los LED o en el controlador. No es un fallo menor ni algo estético: el producto no puede reproducir los colores que promete, así que no cumple su función esencial.

    Cuando intento devolverlo, me exigen desinstalarlo todo, pese a que la instalación está ya fijada y quitarla supone romper adhesivos, dañar superficies y rehacer el montaje completo, un trabajo más costoso y perjudicial que el propio producto.

    Me parece completamente injusto exigir devolver un artículo claramente defectuoso desde el primer uso, especialmente cuando su retirada implica un daño adicional.

    Lo mínimo sería ofrecer el reembolso sin necesidad de devolución, como corresponde en los productos defectuosos.

    Muy decepcionado. No recomiendo este producto bajo ninguna circunstancia

    No tienen mucha potencia. Pero eso no es lo peor. Hay una parte de unos 30 centímetros que no se encienden y hay varios leds que se enciende de otro color distinto al resto. En las instrucciones pone que el mando funciona en un radio de 8 metros. Le he cambiado la pila y a más de 60 centímetros no funciona. Tienes que estar practícamente encima para que funcione. No lo devuelvo porque ya lo tengo totalmente montado en una pantalla de 150 pulgadas y ha sido un buen rato de faena, pero sería para hacer una bola con la tira y devolvérsela en la caja de cualquier manera. Nada recomendable. A lo mejor tienes suerte y te llega uno que no le falle ningún led, aunque en una tira de 10 metros y con esta calidad, lo dudo mucho. En la segunda foto están los leds en blanco y en esa parte se enciende lila…
