    High Level Angolan Delegation Seeks New Agricultural Technology from CFAES

    His Excellency Agostinho de Carvalho dos Santos Van-Dúnem, Ambassador of Angola to the United States, expressed his gratitude for a warm welcome by a group assembled on the Columbus campus in April before he and a delegation from Angola heard presentations from faculty from several OSU colleges towards exploring partnerships with universities and other institutions in his Southern African country.

    Farmer Tom Hamilton, Lucas Dias Mendoça and other TOP alums recognized

    Tom Hamilton, who farms near Wilmington, OH, is an eager recipient of interns from the Ohio International Intern Program (TOP), also known as OIIP. Under OSU’s College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES), OIIP specializes in internships in Horticulture, Agriculture, Animal Sciences, and Turf Grass.  Grateful for the education he got at CFAES, Tom provides interns not only with housing and transportation but also hands-on education.

    Pakistani Researcher Nida Ismat Completes Successful Fish Research Visit

    Nida Ismat, a PhD student from Pakistan, successfully completed a 6-month research visit in the College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental sciences, under the supervision of Dr. Herbert E. Quintero.
