Rocker GAVIN ROSSDALE wants to destroy the myth his band BUSH were a flop in their native Britain, because it's completely untrue.
The 1990s group were dubbed 'huge in America, unknowns in the UK' by the British press - a title that annoyed Rossdale.
He says, "It was never that extreme. It's a really ugly cliche that's been impossible to reverse. I always thought that was so disrespectful to the thousands of people that came to see us.
"We sold hundreds of thousands of copies of our albums in England."
