Insurtech platform Turtlemint has filed its updated DRHP with SEBI for a Rs 660 crore fresh issue IPO, along with an offer for sale of 2.86 crore shares by existing investors and founders. Nexus Venture Partners and Peak XV Partners will lead the OFS, alongside Jungle Ventures, Blume Ventures, GGV Ventures, and Kunal Shah. The company plans to use proceeds for tech and product salaries (Rs 193 crore), subsidiary investment (Rs 129 crore), cloud infrastructure, marketing, and leases. South Korean gaming company Krafton is partnering with compatriot firms Naver and Mirae Asset to set up an India-focused investment fund aimed primarily at backing growth-stage tech startups. The fund will have a target corpus of Rs 6,000 crore and is expected to begin operations with an initial Rs 3,000 crore in January 2026, Krafton India CEO Sean Hyunil Sohn told Moneycontrol. Krafton will invest about Rs 1,230 crore in the Korea-domiciled fund, while Naver will commit a similar amount. Both companies will participate as limited partners. Mirae Asset Venture India will manage the fund and is also expected to make a smaller capital commitment.
