While reacting to the development, the PDP State Chairman, Hamza
Koshe Akuyam, described the allegations of the APC as false and unfounded saying that the postponement was based on a letter written by the Clerk of the House requesting that the date of the inauguration be shifted.
But in a swift reaction, the PDP Chairman in the state, Hamza
Koshe Akuyam, said that the decision of the APC to go to court is a welcome development saying that it is the constitutional right of the governor to go to court to seek redress declaring that 'we are ready to meet them in court.
While reacting to the development arising from the court order of the Federal High Court in Abuja which stopped INEC from going on with the collation of the gubernatorial election results from Tafawa-Balewa LGA earlier scheduled to be recollated on Tuesday, State Chairman of the PDP, Hamza
Koshe Akuyam said that INEC should be seen as a body that respects the law of the land.
