To face a particular obstacle, problem, difficulty, stress, etc. Each year, more and more families come up against debt going into the holiday season. Sorry I haven't been in touch recently, I've just really come up against issues at work the last few weeks. There have been so few properties available that people wanting to buy in this neighborhood have come up against serious limitations.
