To not have the personality or physical appearance that one is typically attracted to. It's not that I don't like her—she's a perfectly nice person. She's just not my type. Paul's new girlfriend is a redhead? Wow, that's not his type. I'm surprised she's flirting with John—he's definitely not her type.
