No more Subway for us!

Subway is hosting a contest that excludes homeschoolers. They state that "No home school will be accepted" in there writing contest. Nice. We register as a private school, which is one of 2 options for us in Louisiana. We *could* enter as a private school. However, when asked what school Silas goes to, we never say what school he goes to. We always say we homeschool.
I understand that the grand prize is to win $5,000 of play equipment, which one home doesn't need. BUT I know plenty of people that would suggest the play equipment go to a park in need of new swings and slides.
Oh, and the best part? Scholastic is in on this as well! A MAJOR children's book company doesn't want a big population of children participating.
