Pondering on posting my unfinished fics in one place - I've fics a plenty filling up folders on my laptop - fics that started well but have never been finished.  Sometimes the muses flash of inspiration doesn't last more than the few hours for whatever was written down - but it's bugging me that they are all sitting there un-shared and un-read.  Only I don't want to start posting fics that I have no intention of finishing in the near future.  There are some fics in those folders that have been there for months and for whatever reasons (usually because they are threatening to become epics I haven't time to write) have been cast to one side for other stories.

So, do I let them stay in their shadowy corners never to see the light of the proverbial internets or do I post them in hopes some cheerleaders will come along to reinvigorate the muse OR I may even put them up for adoption to a good home to anyone who wants to take the basic plot idea and run with it.

Last count there are ten fics of varying degrees of insanity, craziness and general 'what were you thinking when you wrote that?' that may never be finished.  What's a fanfic writer to doooo...
